My family has been using Drains R Us for YEARS, from back when my grandmother was still alive. We always speak to Lace and he is the perfect person you'd want to speak to regarding any issues you have - professional, quick response, a great worker, and most importantly, he's honest. The workers we've encounter in the past have been nothing but wonderful to work with.

This most recent job we needed was a garbage disposal repair. Lace sent out Jorge S, and he arrived perfectly within the agreed time window. He took one look at the job, and said, literally, 'no problem. Give me 20 minutes.' And within that time, he was done. Completely rewired our connection (because it was old and damaged) and got the new one up and running.

I never hesitate to reach out to Drains R Us for any concerns. They've worked in our bathroom, kitchen multiple times, and even installed us a brand new water heater a few years back as well. We will continue to use these guys for any future problems that may arise. I cannot emphasize how great of a convenience these gentlemen are.

As far as plumbing services go, it's a dirty job and I'm glad there's somebody out there to do it. Drains R Us came out and cleared the problem. I understand the overhead, so I get the price, still, I think they could've done a little better, that's why the 4 stars. Great service, friendly staff, no plumber's cleavage, thank goodness for that. I would definitely recommend them, but knowing now what I didn't know then, I won't use their services. All in all, great job Drains R Us.

It was Friday 5pm I noticed a leak in my front planter. I called two plumbers, they wanted $150.00 to just come to my house. I, luckily called Drains R Us and was told they would give me a free estimate. I was fortunate, Lace came to my house, found the problem and gave me an estimate, that I felt comfortable with. He went out of his way to get the job done and we were more than satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend Drains R Us.
