My sewer drain was blocked. Requested a quote on Yelp, got a call from Tuan. He was here in 40 minutes and had the whole issue resolved in about another 20 minutes. Polite, prompt and reasonable! Very satisfied and would definitely call them again.

Our toilet clogged and overflowed first thing on a Monday morning...disaster. Tuan and Drains R Us were the only company that could come that morning and they showed up just around 9 am, about half an hour after we called. Tuan was great and very calm (a relief). He explained everything very thoroughly and was very transparent with pricing. He fixed the clog no problem and even adjusted something inside the toilet tank to prevent it from overflowing again. He and his partner were very professional. I would hire them again anytime!

The best! Don't look any further. Called on a Monday came there very next day. Really professional not to mention polite and dog tolerate. Fixed my garbage disposal in about 25 min, actually replaced it. The speed of his work was exceptional. Took a look at another problem in my upstairs shower. Their number is stored in phone for good. The price was great too l, he was upfront on the phone about pricing which was really great. Can't say enough about how awesome this service was.

I contacted Kit on Yelp to look at a leaky valve in basement. He was out the next day, no problem, and arrived in the set timeframe. Communication via text was easy and prompt.

Kit quoted me on the valve, then looked at a trouble spot in my shower that I asked about. He diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it, for free, on the spot.

I consider the customer service provided to be five-star level, and wish others in industry would follow his lead.

I had some plumbing work performed several months ago. I was pleased The work was done promptly as Tuan was leaving for a Vacation. They replaced a drain line in the basement which went up as far as a connection about 4 ft up from the floor above. They cut a hole in my 1st floor wall put in the PVC left me with a giant hole. I was not so pleased that I had to get on yelp, Angie's List and Homeadvisor to locate a Handiman who could come out that same Sat. But I understood he did not Do Carpentry WorkTo close the gaping opening so nothing would come through into my apartment. I called them within weeks after the Contractor came back from vacation to have him Check a leak that was coming down the pipe he had installed. He made several apps which he did not show up for. I had another plumber look at it after a couple of mo This who told me I needed to call the Original Plumber to fix the leak because he could see it was around the connection where the new pipe was. I texted Tuan again and conveyed the information. He asked me to send him pics which I promptly supplied. He told me he needed to get money from me for parts before he even came out. When he finally did come out, after I called Kit to complain, for which he reprimanded me about calling up on him, he told me it would cost several thousand to replace the remaining pipe which was PVC from the floor to the upper floor. I asked him if that price included the total pipe to the roof. He replied it did not. I was very unhappy but asked him to fix the problem anyway because I hoped that would be the end of my plumbing issues. He told me that nothing he did would be satisfying for me, so I should get someone else to fix it. Well I did. It cost just over one hundred dollars to replace a cracked boot connecting the pvc that he installed to the preexisting pvc. I was totally disgusted with Tuan's lack of Professionalism, lack of Empathy in leaving a Senior Women with a gaping hole in the wall, and Unreliability. The cracked Boot could easily have been diagnosed had he taken the time to do so but he tried to take advantage of the situation. I took time to write this review to advise people to Beware as I would not recommend him to anyone unless they knew exactly what needed to be done to supervise his work along the way.
