Went above and beyond to diagnose our weak cold-water pressure, which can only be remedied by replacing some pipes, but he suggested a less-expensive workaround solution to replace only a few pipes to fix the problem instead of just telling us the entire system needs replacing. I originally called just for a leaky toilet, but he ended up scraping sludge out of I don't even know what that thing is outside to try to fix the weak pressure! Really nice guy, I highly recommend. We'll definitely be calling again!

I discovered a corroded toilet drain flange and the bolt that was supposed to hold the toilet in place was loose due to the flange rusting away. The repair was past my comfort zone, so I gave Drains Plus a call...Josh called me right back after my voice mail to him and was at my door in 30 minutes, and had the whole flange replaced, the toilet reinstalled, and the area cleaned up very quickly. He gave me a good price and I am extremely pleased with the job. I will not hesitate to call Josh in the future...highly recommended.

Called at 945am on a Friday and Josh was able to get to me by 12:30pm and not only unclogged the sink, but installed the newly purchased faucet and was done in an hour. Left the place cleaner than he found it!!! I have been looking to replace the toilets in my house and he measured everything and advised on the correct size.
