We had issues with our master bath shower and toilet when we moved into our new house. Josh responded to my yelp request and came to the house the same day and fixed them. A few days later, the guest toilet and shower was clogged. It happened at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night with a house full of guests. I text Josh asking to get on his schedule for Monday. He responded promptly and came to the house first thing Sunday morning (Mother's Day) and repaired it. Absolutely amazing work, very professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

Josh is absolutely a hero! We experienced an unexpected and complete meltdown of our plumbing system on a Saturday afternoon with two toilets and a bathtub all suddenly flooding for no apparent reason. We needed help immediately, but many services we contacted were unavailable on Saturday afternoon. We reached out to Josh, who without hesitation abandoned his weekend plans to come to our aid. He knows exactly what he's doing, easily discovered our buried pipes, and solved our issues with great expediency! He is very considerate, friendly, super nice guy, a great professional! Josh is amazing at his trade. Had another big name local plumber come out multiple times. They could not figure out our plumbing issue. Josh had it figured out in minutes and fixed in a hour. Josh is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his trade. We have been living literally in sewage for almost a week, before Josh came out to save the day! His prices are very reasonable especially for being after hours on a Sunday. He works very hard and fast. No standing around trying to run the clock up to charge more! Went above and beyond to diagnose our weak cold-water pressure, which can only be remedied by replacing some pipes, but he suggested a less-expensive workaround solution to replace only a few pipes to fix the problem instead of just telling us the entire system needs replacing. I originally called just for a leaky toilet, but he ended up scraping sludge out of I don't even know what that thing is outside to try to fix the weak pressure! Really nice guy, I highly recommend. We'll definitely be calling again!

Wow! If I could give Josh 10 stars I would. Service was super fast, he was at our house within the hour. The price was very fair and the skill this young man has, impressive. Our showers and toilets were all backing up, so Josh was able to diagnose the problem immediately (main drain line from house to street).
