Linda B.These guys charged me $191.00 to change out a fill valve and flapper (the parts in a toilet tank.) I feel as though they REALLY took advantage of me. My advice to you is to get an estimate in writing before you hire them for any job. Of course if you think that $191.00 is a fair price to change out a $20. or less part, well you have a right to your opinion and good luck!
Dg M.This business charged me $247 to clean a sewer line on a weekday. Roto Rooter charges me $$82 to do the same job. I used this company because Roto Rooter was booked up for several days, I did not ask for an estimate because I never anticipated such a high charge. This was a simple clog, no roots or other issues. We already have a cleanout installed. The drain clogged again 19 days later and they refused to clean again without additional charge. Don't have any work done by this company without getting a firm price first.
