John is flat out amazing! The problem he helped me out with was a basement drain that had become clogged. What really impressed me was, on the phone and in person, the articulate and incredibly friendly manner in which he very patiently described to me how the pipes in my house connected to the drain which had overflown and where this indicated the clog was. A short while later the clog was removed and I was able to once again use the two bathrooms connected. Huge thanks to John for helping me out today, he is the best!!!

I called John because I had a clogged main line due to tree roots. If you've had this particular issue, you know that its something you want resolved right away!! John was able to be at my house within two hours, and the drain was cleaned within the next 90 minutes. We're very happy with the level of service received, and the price.

I called John right before a busy holiday weekend because I lost my heat. He offered some tips over the phone, and when I still couldn't get it started, he sent someone over within just a couple hours and had it fixed that day. Professional, reasonably priced and honest. I would definitely recommend this company.

They did a great job - very responsive and reasonable pricing. They fixed my garbage disposal and dishwasher. The only complaint I had was that I was away for the morning, and I had requested a time window for when I needed to be home. Their response was, ""We don't do that."" I get why that's the case because you don't want an expectation that you may not be able to meet, but a time window is a reasonable expectation (rather than a specific time).

I called around 1 Bruce was at my house at five great communication quick efficient work, he was great with the dogs cleaned up after himself was polite and courteous.
