My bathtub drain was regurgitating nasty particles. After several months I decided enough was enough and I found John on Yelp. This was a maintenance issue yet John came over the same day I called him and not only took care of my problem he educated me on a variety of ""how- to's"" during my remodeling process. The very best part is that I now have a ""lifetime plumber"" that is honest, reasonable, does great work and reliable. I can't ask for more.

The owner did work for us on a drain and the job was excellent.

The second time we called to have toilets fixed and a shower nozzle replaced, he sent his employee who installed the wrong parts for everything. Each thing he ""supposedly"" fixed broke within a week to several months after. He even installed the wrong toilet handle after asking us how we wanted it to face. The shower nozzle was not properly affixed and came off in our hands the second time we used the shower.

My husband called to talk with the owner in a calm voice to explain the problems and John, the owner, was quite nasty.
