Whatever you do, do not use Drains Etc. I've contacted my financial institution to dispute the charge because the brand new utility sink purchased to have installed by Drains Etc isn't even operable unless I want to swim in my laundry room. To boot, my utility sink was set on 4, 2"""" pvc pipe, which is the worst rig job ever. My utility sink sits on a cabinet and now the cabinet is ruined from all of the leaking water. I contacted Drains Etc to report that my sink was leaking and was told by the owner's daughter that she'd call me back: she never even had the decency to follow up. When I called back, I kindly requested that the same plumber not be sent to my home. To my surprise after waiting for days for Drains Etc to fix the leak, they sent the same plumber. The plumber was outside of my home for 95% of the 1.5 hrs of the visit, sleeping in his work van (I even have pictures to prove the same). The owner's daughter who was beyond rude has not a single professional bone in her body: she cut me off while explaining details over the concern. Instead of Drains Etc addressing their errors, the handed me a second quote as if I'd pay another dime to these folks. That's not all: my second bathroom to which the same plumber was to cut a pipe to make it shorter so my new bathroom cabinet would set plum against the wall also leaks. To everyone who says that Drains Etc has lower prices, it's because they have lower standards for plumbing. Whatever you do, skip over Drains Etc so that you do not suffer what we suffer still, at our home: Installation date was Oct 18, 2018 and I'm adding my review today, Dec 6, 2018. Why? Because I just tried to give my 4lb Yorkie in the utility tub and I can't even do so even after adding a huge container under the sink to catch all of the leaking water. Freaken shame and thanks for nothing Drains Etc.
