I had a shower drain that i could not snake out on my own. Called drains for less and they agreed to come out. They arrived on time and inspected the drain and agreed to attempt to clear it. The price was $195.00, double the price of what they advertise on Yelp.

Prior to them arriving the shower was free of any standing water. They brought in a drain snake with a Milwaukee drill attached to it and began trying to snake the drain. This went on for around five minutes before i asked them why they were using such an invasive machine and why they wouldn't try by hand first. I have had that same drain snaked in the past and the other plumbers have simply done it by hand.

At this point dirty brown water started coming up from the drain, they then went to the truck to get an even bigger machine. Prior to them doing this i asked them why this water was coming up. The owner Miguel responded, ""maybe your pipe is broken"". I then stated the obvious that before they got here there was no water in the shower or any water coming up from the drain, certainly not brown colored water.

Miguel then became confrontational with me when I questioned him as to what was going on. He took zero responsibility for what was going on and offered no solution to the problem. He said my pipes were old and this was not his fault. To be clear, the shower was dry and free of water when they started, now there was a puddle of dirty brown water that will not drain sitting in my shower.

I asked Miguel for his business card and license, then asked them to leave. He continued to lecture me about how tis could not have been his fault and that any reputable plumber would agree with him.

Turns out that the brown color of the water sitting in my shower was the residue that was a direct result of them using such a high rpm drill which wore away at the inside of my steel shower drain. The chrome flange around my drain is now very scratched as well.

The next day I had Nick Knack Plumbing come out. They snaked the drain by hand and had it cleared and working great in less than 5 minutes. They even cleaned up the dirty mess that was left behind.

I cant speak to the overall quality of work this company does but I will say they missed the mark on this day. Personally, I will stay away.

My bathroom sink faucet needed to be swapped out. They immediately answered my call, gave me a competitive price, and set up the appointment. They gave me a call when they were close, arrived on time, were ver courteous, promptly swapped out the faucet, and cleaned up any mess. Would recommend.

Last time they came out they charged me $75 for one drain. So this time I called them and had 4 drains and didn't think to request an estimate before they got started. Imagine my surprise at getting a bill for $676! More than double the amount I paid last time. Not sure what the deal is there but definitely will not use them again.

I had a main drain clog and contacted the plumbing company that I normally use. It was on a Thursday afternoon and because that company was very busy, they could not come out until Monday. So frustrating, I had to find someone else.

I then opened up my Yelp app and began looking for a plumbing company that could help. I searched for a company with good reviews. I saw the reviews for Drains 4 Less and I decided to give them a try. I called and Miguel answered. I explained the problem and he said he would have someone out that afternoon. Israel and Andres came out as promised.

They looked over the situation and gave me a fair estimate. I authorized the work and they quickly went to work. These guys were clean and professional. They did an excellent job and I feel like I got a fair price for an excellent job. They cleaned up the area and made sure that I was satisfied.

After this experience, I will not call any other plumbing company. These guys are now my go to guys!

Andres and Israel came out and did a great job, tried the hydro-jet and then had to get more aggressive with the pipe auger with the scary looking root cutter. traced my clog to an area controlled by my home owners association so I have to get permission to dig and call these guys back to finish the job.

I just recently used Drains 4 Less for the first time, and I have nothing but good things to say. Miguel, the owner gave us an estimate over FaceTime to relocate our water heater from the laundry room into the garage. I had three other estimates, and all but one was way over the owner, Miguel's estimate. The other plumber with a similar quote was two weeks out from being able to come over. Miguel, who was incredibly friendly and professional, said he was only a few days out, so we scheduled the work with D4Less.

When we confirmed the job with him, he said his schedule changed and he could do it next day! He worked hard and thoughtfully and kept to his word on the price he quoted us. The end result looked great and functions perfectly, and he assured us if any problems came about he would be right over address them. I highly recommend Drains 4 Less
