Great guys, Víctor was the first to respond to my request, and after speaking with him, I requested his services, I like the fact that him and his partner John showed up early, at the time we agreed on, their service was profesional and very good, the two of them are friendly and worked with me on the price, the job was done promptly and professionally, I am very satisfied with their service, I hope that I never need them again, but if I do have plumbing problems in the future is good to know that I can count on them.

Christmas Day our kitchen sink clogged. My husband called 8 plumbers & left messages  explaining our problem & the urgent need for assistance. No one called us back. The next morning my husband found Vic, the licensed owner of Drain RX, on Yelp. He answered the phone, understood the urgency of the situation,  and made it his priority to fit us in that day. He stayed in touch until he arrived and worked diligently to solve our problem. He was professional, experienced, intelligent, personable and a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely hold on to this plumbers number & refer him out if needed without any hesitation.

I had a trap blockage on a Sunday. I called and John told me he would be at my house in a hour. In a hour he was at my house and working on the issue. They are very knowledgeable, respectful and most of all truthful. My clog was cleared And throughout the process John was explaining and showing me the issues. They have top of the line equipment and used a 3"" blades to clean both sides of my tra p making it as new as it can I will never use any other company for sewers/drains. Very professional. Drainrx is awesome!!!!

Very expensive, and if you need your Cesspool pumped, check other prices first. They guy they use starts at 350.00 !!! They are polite, just $$$$

Absolutely amazing! Needed this company during a wedding. Not only were they professional and respectful, they were so kind and gracious.

They came within their stated timeframe. It was at a friend's home and they finished the job within minutes. They were aware of the wedding going on on their way out. When we went to pay them they told us to keep it, and give the money to the bride and groom.

I found this local, family run business by accident and want to share how pleased I am with the honesty and reliability of John and Victor at DrainRx. To begin with, my inquiry was answered immediately, and they came to my house within the hour, on a Friday night, to give a free estimate regarding plumbing issues I was experiencing. Other plumbing businesses I contacted were unavailable to even speak to me until after the weekend.

They were very professional and even covered their shoes before entering my house. They explained and showed me everything regarding my concerns and gave a fair price to complete the work, which they actually started that night.
