I have used Drainpro numerous times. They return your call within ten minutes and come right out. I called them on New Year's Eve and they came out and found the problem to be the city. Scott knew who call and my problem was resolved . I highly recommend Drainpro .

Two days before Thanksgiving and we have a backup. Husband is a retired plumber and says main drain back up. Called our plumber and he recommended Drain Pro. Called and Scott returned our call within minutes and advised husband that he should consider septic pump first. He believes it is a septic tank issue, but he schedules us for that afternoon. Husband is certain of a main drain blockage, but stews on Scott's advice and call J' Septic and like the stand up guys they are; they are onsite pumping with 2 hours. Guess what? Scott is dead on and saved us $$$ . Both Scott at Drain Pro and Jay at J' septic are alright in my book. Thanks guys.

I called their answering service and was told to call the service back if a technician didn't respond to me in TEN minutes - no need, because I got a return call almost immediately. Brian, the Drainpro professional arrived, assessed the situation and solved our problem quickly - very quickly. They are professional and honest and I would highly recommend Drainpro.

They don't guarantee their work and the technician had a screen saver on his cell phone that said, 'F You , Pay Me'. I wouldn't trust them.

Called early Sunday morning, spoke to the owner and a technician called back in 5 minutes, was at my house in 30 minutes and done in another 30 minutes. My main drain was backing up into the house! I'm still waiting for a return call from another company I called before Drain Pro as they had been at my house a year prior! Drain Pro is it for me.
