We were glad that this company was able to come out on a Saturday and unplug our two showers. Because of the way our house was built, they had to access a pipe by cutting a hole in the drywall. This took them about 10 minutes, but they added $390 to the bill for it.

In fairness to them, we did approve the fee before they started. After he was done, the plumber mentioned that he was familiar with our kind of house, and so he knew pretty much what to expect.

I appreciate their help. I appreciate their knowledge. But I definitely felt gouged.

I'm extremely upset, because I'd called DrainMasters two hours ago, and they told me they could send someone out to replace the water pressure gauge between 6 and 8 p.m today (Saturday). Then they call a few minutes ago (two hours later) to say oh, so sorry, we don't have the part and the store closed at noon today and won't be open again until Monday morning. Which means water leaking from the broken pressure gauge for another day and a half! I went back to my original plumber, who said they carried the part on their truck. (I had gone with DrainMasters because my original plumber said I was fourth in line for them, and I wanted the leak fixed ASAP.)

We called Drain Masters after another drain cleaner told us they needed extra equipment and would charge us $1,000+ when they returned the next day!!!!!!
I called Drain Masters, they showed up within hours, cleaned the drain in 10 minutes. The service man was personable and professional, if you need a drain cleaned, call Drain Masters. They have mastered the drain cleaning business.

I called a popular plumbing company in Tucson, AZ to assist my 80 year old Mom with a plumbing problem at her home. The technicians they sent told her it would cost $1,000 dollars to make repairs. I called DrainMasters for another estimate and their technicians arrived the same day and unclogged the drains for a total cost of less than $200. Had a fairly deep clog in the kitchen sink pipes that I could not get to with my own drain auger. Manny was out at the house within the hour, snaked the drain through the air vent pipe on the roof, and all was well. Problem solved. Very impressed with the service. I called the office and got an appointment for the following afternoon. (Mine was not an emergency.) Chris came. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed the problem and laid out the options. He replaced the mechanical guts of my toilet tank and it is operating much better now.

Thanks Chris! We had a leak in our main water line to the house. He was here in less than 2 hours and had it fixed promptly. We decided to have our 20 year old water heater replaced and it was done in a few hours. Can't expect better service.

Have been using Master for years. Decided to use someone else due to bad customer support. The lady on the phone is lack of patience and always in rush. Also, very rude.
