Not only did Drainmasters steal money from my mother-in-law by charging her for working on the wrong drain line (they failed to LOCATE and fix the kitchen drain line and didn't offer any refund or portion of one), now Drainassturds stole the pictures I posted for this review and posted them for their business on YELP, as if THEY did the repairs in the photos. For clarification, DM did not do any repair work to fix the kitchen drain line and all photos of the kitchen line were of REPAIRS DONE by a DIFFERENT plumber after Drain Masters FAILED to locate the kitchen drain line. DM did work on the WRONG drain line (laundry drain line). There's a special place waiting for DM's owner Baltazar Torres Lopez, and it's not Heaven...

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. When two employees came to my house allegedly to clear the main sewer line, I was nervous about signing the contract a second time, so one employee stood in the doorway and blocked my ability to escape while another employee backed me up against a wall while standing an inch from me so I could not move; threatened me that I better sign the contract; and forced me to sign a contract under protest, which I wrote on the contract, even though I was not given the chance to review the contract or the work they claimed to have done that day but did not. Then, when I tried to take what I was told was my copy of the contract from the clipboard it was attached to, the employee, without asking for the contract back, balled up his fists and moved them toward me and I really thought I was going to be hit. The employee then suddenly pulled clipboard with the contract out of my hands so hard that the invoice ripped and I lost my balance and had to step back and to the side to stop myself from falling. It was very terrifying since I was in my own home and the only people around were the two employees who were both much bigger than me. It started when I called them to clean out a main sewer line. While there, the employees said I had roots in my main sewer line and I needed to have the main line hydrojetted. (As it turned out, there were no roots in the main line according to another plumber.) The employees kept trying to tell me that I needed things I actually did not need. For example, they said I needed a new toilet that was already relatively new. They said I needed a new drain pipe that would cost $6,000.00 before I asked a lot of questions, after which they finally said I did not need a new drain pipe. I had signed the contract for a first time when they told me what needed to be done. Though I did pay them, I told them I did not want to sign the written contract a second time due to the things they said to me. That is when they threatened me and corned me against a wall and forced me to sign the contract under protest. As it turned out, they did not clear out the main sewer line. I ended up having to hire another company to come to and actually clear out the main sewer line. When I called the police, they said it was not a criminal matter but a civil matter and I could go to court. Please beware.

Our kitchen drain backed up again. I called Drain Masters of Oxnard as they had done work for us a few years back. They were able to come out the same day and unclog the sink. From the beginning, all four workers that serviced our plumbing needs were considerate, clean and polite. They were very accommodating to our schedule and needs. They worked over the weekend to complete on time and on budget a difficult 2"" drain replacement. As a residential property manager I deal with plenty of plumbing companies but I can without reservation highly recommend Drain Masters and it's owner Baltazar Lopez for your next plumbing nightmare.

It's never fun to have a drain pipe fail under the house, but I was very glad that Drain Masters of Oxnard found the problem and proposed an effective reroute of the drain. Balta and his crew were very skilled, professional and hard working. For the amount of work performed, I thought it was an excellent value and would use them again.

I had a bad experience with another plumbing company, that seemed unable to de-root a sewer line, even using hydro-jetting. So I contacted Baltazar Jr, whom I knew from past experience was trustworthy. He came to check on the problem that night and performed hydro-jetting of the line early the next morning. He removed the roots and cleaned the entire 100 ft line within an hour, using his camera multiple times. This family-run business can be trusted to complete the job correctly as they have many years of experience and portray ethical standards. I would recommend highly this company to others, based on my past experiences with them.

This is the BEST Company I have worked with. They came out on a Sunday at exactly the time they promised, no extra charge for weekend
Mario the plumber I had was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and honest!!!
He took care of my problem and went on his way. I will use them for any plumbing needs I have in the future and refer them to everyone I know which I have already done today to one of my coworkers.

I called this morning asking for a quote to install a wall heater in my 75 year home that was freezing according to my wife . I spoke with owner and he said he and his crew were busy but he had one of his best guys finishing a job and would send him over. Rafael showed up a few hours later ( yes same day ) looked at job gave me a quote and installed my wall heater for me . All in a matter of a few hours . He was very clean and efficient , laid down paper swept & vacuumed up all the dust afterwards. I'm still in shock over the same day service .

Drain masters & Rafael are my go to plumbers from now on .
