Matt came out to clear my septic line in less than 24 hours and did an absolutely outstanding job at an extremely reasonable price. with his camera he was able to detect why my septic line was clogging and I'm going to have him come out later to make a repair on that so it doesn't clog up anymore. During the visit, Per my request, He also took the time to clean out the clogged line on a bathroom sink.

He was extremely efficient, did an outstanding job, was incredibly cordial and polite, and pleasant to work with and charged an extremely reasonable rate considering all the work that he had to do. I highly recommend him. He is now my permanent drain service guy!

Never called back or returned my text messages, which on the recording it says 'for quicker response text'. I did several times. Nothing!!! If you're too busy to do the job just say so!! Won't call them again.

I had a clogged bathtub, and I called Drainmaster. Jesse was able to come out the same day and had the issue resolved quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be calling Drainmaster for any drain issues in the future.
