Encountered a clog in my sink drain line from family discarding pasta. Rented a powered snake from HD, which ended up being defective. Between lost time and urgency, I needed to phone a professional. Drainmaster's reviews and location convinced me they were the best for this job. Additionally, 'drain' is in their name. I couldn't go wrong.

Calling them around 2 pm, I fully expected them to come the next day or even two days out, preparing to spend fully $$$ on rental, cleaning, and fast food for the family.

To my surprise, the scheduler was very kind and personable. She mentioned they were full for that day, but due to my near-shop location, they may be able to work me in.

Sure enough, I received a call around 1600 with the drain professional (female!) about 19 minutes out. She arrived with her assistant (strong lad), and they began the work. I offered them shoe covers, but they had their own (I would have preferred they use my clean covers). After snaking for about half an hour, checking the drain length to the main stack, and confirming the flow with a leak test, they pronounced it clean, with a friendly smile. It was also good to see the workers getting along and working efficiently. It's not always the case with coworkers.

I tested it myself once they left. Sure enough, it's clean! Final cost $280. Satisfied and happy customer here. If I have another issue like this, I will be sure to call.

I called late morning and was told they had a time available that same afternoon. They scheduled a 2 hour window and within the first 15 minutes of that time frame an employee called and said someone would be out within a half hour. Tina showed up on time. She was very confident and reassuring about our issue and has it resolved quickly. Very reasonable prices. We will be using them again. I definitely recommend them.

Amazing! We had two plumbers walk away from our drain problem. Our 1950's home has equally old plumbing and we were having back-ups in our kitchen and toilets. Drainmaster/Dillon came out the day we called and when he needed help Charlie, the owner, came out to assist. The drains were cleared, we got a great education on our home, and they will get referrals from me. I'm a Realtor and I have posted my highest recommendation on a private facebook group for my Central Ohio colleagues.

Came home from work Fiday night went down to my basement to wash some clthes and found a vey icky backed up sewer line all ovef my basement floor. Called Drain Master on a whim because they were close. A guy named Russell and his crew were at my house within 1/2 an hour and about 40 minutes later they had fixed everything and cleaned up the mess. This company deserves 10 stars. Excellent service and a great group of guys. Thank you Drain Master, I will most definately call you again for any plumbing needs.

Drainmasters is the most knowledgeable and professional company in Columbus. We had a huge sewer line issue and Charlie rectified the problem promptly and efficiently along with his expert staff. Tina the office manager coordinated the work appropriately. Russell and his sons, Ridge and Ryan, along with their associate Tom diagnosed and used state of the art technology in TRENCHLESS sewer repair and lined our entire main line without ruining our yard. The job was efficient, professional, clean and time sensitive. I highly recommend this outfit for jetting, descaling, and repair of any plumbing lines. We are so happy to have them as a future resource.

I called this company because I needed a faucet replaced, they were quick in getting the quote, they also were late both the times they showed up to my house and they didn't bother to inform you that they were running late. Then when the faucet was replaced in the bathtub, I noticed that the caulking was already cracking so I called them, and they have been ignoring my calls and not showing up twice as they promised. They charged my a $195 for this and I am getting frustrated because I can't even get a hold of anyone.
