Yesterday I get a call from my tenant, she was complaining the kitchen sink was backing up into the laundry room. So I called the plumber, sent him to unclog the drain. The guy calls me and tells me the main pipe has collapsed and he is going to have to jack-hammer through the concrete to replace the pipe.
I asked how much will that cost me, he states $7,000.00 and to call my insurance company. Of course they have to use the scare tactic to make their sell. So today, I decided to call another plumber to see what he can do. I found Tony on Yelp.

I gave Tony my tenants contact information, he calls and sets up a time to come out this afternoon, which was super helpful for me.

After about 2 hours of working on the drain, I get a call from Tony, he states, ""I fixed the clog, everything works great now"" I asked whats the issue, he replies there were a lot of roots in the pipes. I asked if the pipe was clasped, he said no.

I've never had a plumber come to my house and work for 2 years unclogging a drain. Usually the plumber is there for about 30 minutes tops.

I ask how much do I owe you, he said $85.00 will do it. Wow, talk about a job well done. So I went from $7,000.00 estimate to $85.00 dollars to fix a clogged line.

I'm very impressed and will definitely use Tony again in the future. I also liked that Tony answers the phone when I called or called me right back quickly and showed up to the job on time. Trust, honesty and integrity is everything in business.
