I contacted Drainline Services to replace the valve that brings water to the ice machine.
I asked for a quote over the phone, having also sent them a photo of the valve to be replaced, but they told me they couldn't give me a quote over the phone and would send a technician the next day.
The next day I got the quote and the final bill from Drainline Services was $812.47 due on March 8, 2023.
How is it possible to spend this money for 1.5 hours of actual work!!!
I hope you are careful before calling them.

Quick response from the office, quick response from Danny the technician! We didn't have an emergency but the quick response was appreciated! Danny showed up on time, even a bit earlier than expected, quickly examined our problem, provided a quote which seemed very appropriate and fixed better than new. I called Billy yesterday to help my elderly parents with a plumbing issue that they were having. He answered right away, and told me that he had a couple of technicians that could come out after they finished another job. Sonny and Danny showed up sooner than expected and were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job with the repair and also fixed another problem that they noticed while doing the first repair. But most importantly, they were very kind to my parents and really put them at ease. I will definitely be calling Drainline Services for any future plumbing issues.

I called Billy to repair a plugged toilet, which he did immediately. He explained why that particular toilet often has problems & offered possible solutions. While he was here he went through my home & checked for other plumbing concerns. I believe his inspection saved me money on future plumbing problems & it has given me peace of mind in knowing that I now have a go to plumber who really knows plumbing & in time will know the foibles of my house. It was helpful to have a plumber who was willing to spend the time to analyze my home's plumbing issues rather than just do a job & be gone.

Same as other review states. Called for a plumber to come out and give us a quote and he never showed. After calling and leaving a message, Billy calls back and says he thought the appointment was for the following Tuesday. We rescheduled for the next day and no call no show, and nothing since. This was especially inconvenient because we twice arranged to have our dog at a different location while he was doing the inspection. If they couldn't make efficient use of our time, I'd hate to see what they charge by the hour. Next.

I'd requested a quote for a natural gas line extension and we arranged for a 2-hour window. They never showed up or called. I voice messages on 2 separate lines to see what was up and reschedule, but they never got back to me.

In mid-2017 I found water in the pit with the sprinkler system shutoff valve (this valve was replaced in 2016) and determined that the leak only stopped when the water was turned off in the main meter pit. I made several urgent calls and Drainline was the first to send someone the same day. Billy had a look and suspected the leak was between the main line and the shutoff valve, and this was confirmed the next day when work started on the problem. When the sprinklers were installed many years ago, a black iron Tee (a big no no) was inserted in the main water line and standard hose clamps were used to attach hoses to the Tee. The Tee was a totally rusted mess and one of the connections was leaking. Billy used copper to replace the bad hose and moved the sprinkler shutoff valve inside the foundation wall, eliminating the need for the pit which was a major headache. I was impressed by the diligence and quality of the work performed by Billy and the assistant plumber, and I felt the cost was well justified. Highly recommended!

I hired Drainline Services to install drains under my basement slab and direct them into a sump pump. Billy Tanner was in charge and he was friendly, professional and always available. The job took three days and was very, very messy (saw cut concrete, jackhammer out concrete, dig up clay dirt, install rock and concrete by the buckets). Billy made sure that my house was protected the entire time and left the house clean. His crew was on time and courteous. Good company.

I had a lot of plumbing repairs that needed to be done, and my garbage disposal and hot water heater needed to replaced. The guys from Drainline made sure that they showed me what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed/replaced. My house was apparently a challenge because the previous owner was apparently a DIY-er and not necessarily an expert one, but they kept at it until everything was properly done, even though it took almost three whole days.
