Shaun Junkin (Drainline Plumbing) came to my home in March 2021 to snake my sewer line from a basement clean-out. He earned my trust by doing the job quickly - even though he charged nearly double his competitors.

In June 2022, I was selling the house and an inspection discovered that 10 feet of the sewer line was fully collapsed. Shaun provided the best price to repair the line. He came with a back hoe and had the work finished within 48 hours. He discovered additional issues and charged an extra fee (~$1,000), which I thought was high, but the ground was dug up and I trusted him that this was required work. He promised to send me video proof of the scoped line once completed to show the quality of the repair and justification of the extra costs. He also promised to return so he could level the clean-out stack, which he left sticking above ground approx 5 feet.

Shaun never sent the video, never justified the cost overrun, and never returned to level the stack and finish the job. I communicated via phone and text multiple times for 6 weeks with Shaun seeking resolution, trying to get the video, and asking him to come finish the job. He promised multiple times to send the video and come level the clean-out. He set a date and time, and then he no-showed, and the last time I tried contacting him, I discovered he blocked by phone. For the life of me, I don't understand why a business would keep stringing me along with lies and false promises. It would have been easier to tell me 6 weeks ago he didn't have the video or he just didn't have time for the work. Do not trust this business - the quality and lack of communication simply do not justify the risk.

Called about a drain backing up in my back room. He came out and snaked my main sewer line. Did not snake the drain that was backing up. Charged $338 and said it has a 6 month warranty. A week later it's still backing up. After 5 calls he finally texts me and said he was on vacation and will be over the next say. He comes back and says the drain that was backing up needs snaked and wants another $125. Wife told him that it is bs and we aren't paying more because he said we had a warranty. He said bye and walked out. Very unprofessional and rude.

They came out in ample time ,was impressed untill they did the work on my main drain ,they were at my home for about half HR ,said they were done snaking out my main drain ,man was very arrogant ,withen 5 minutes of them leaving, my drains were backing up again with water flooding basement ,I called them back and explaining the situation and man was still very rude ,when I asked him why he was so rude he told me to fuck off and hung up ,do not really care about his arrogant personality , I expected professionalism and professional work He charged me $ 150.00 dollars and my drain issues were not resolved ,I have reported this company to my insurance company and I am also reporting them to the BBB asap ,Heads up I would not recommend this company to anyone !!!!!

And needed a industrial snake.
The guy that came was rude as hell. And raised the price after he came. Didn't complete the job and told us to f off after he took the money.
Not what you want to run in to when your dealing with a catastrophe in your home. Rude and not professional. So mad. Don't use these guys. Not professional.

I wish I had read the reviews before calling them. Funny, I see a trend, never his fault. He'll come back with some BS answer to my review. I had call for a few items to be done, one easy job was putting on a shower arm (which he charged $95 for) and it leaked. I called, no call back. I call again ""oh i was just about to call you"" set up for Saturday because he fix his mistakes during times that are convenient for me. I ask him to come late morning. I call, no answer no call back. I call again, ""you were supposed to call me when you were home"" No I wasn't, you were supposed to just come but irregardless, I did call you. Someone was in my area and was supposed to come. Of course no one did. I call several times and he finally picks up. Okay we'll do it Saturday. Yep, you guessed it, no show and no call.
Second problem, I asked him to put a battery backup for my sump pump. I ask how long do they last, tells me 3 years and this is 5 so you really need to change it for $450. I say okay, not doing my own research, I trusted him, that's my fault. Only to find out that sump pumps last 10 plus years.
Lastly, be very very wary. I put out a request for FB recommendations from friends and someone who I didn't know posts some Local Plumber Connection number to call. Afterwards I notice, in that person's profile there is no picture of person's face or activity. Clearly a fake profile to get you to call him. To add insult to injury, now my phone constantly rings from scammers.

Fast service. BUT, charged me $150 to snake sewer main. And it would be $150 to put a camera down.Said he could only get a 3 inch cutter thru to street. Did not spend much time trying. Said we would need it jetted. Had another company come out 2 days later. They got a 6 inch cutter thru and put a camera thru for a total of $150. Would not recommend and will never call again.

This company should not be trusted. They over charged for a job and said they would come back and resnake my line. After several calls to them they never would return my calls even though their recorder says they will l call you back within 5 minutes. I called the BBB and they had no luck with this company returning their calls or messages. This is not a company you want to work with, My next step is to take them to small claims court.

Called them around 10:30am and before I know it is 11:40 am and my bathtub faucet is rebuilt with no leaking! They did a great job with the quick response and quick repair. Was not expensive when others wanted to charge me $150 for every hour after hour 1! I wasn't expecting the quick fix and I can even enjoy the rest of my off day!

Beware!!! I called them to put on a pipe I had trouble with fixing myself. They came out and put the pipe on charging $150, but it was still leaking after they left (stated covered for 30 days). I called them back leaving voicemail messages with no response or call back. I finally got a hold of someone and scheduled an appointment the next day (Friday morning). They didnt even show up for it or call stating they would be late. I tried calling and leaving voicemail messages again later that day with no response from them. Monday, I called again with no response. Finally I got a hold of them with the guy promising a call back to check into why he didn't show (never did). When I called a few hours later, the guy was rude, stating I was calling them too many times and refused to come fix the problem. Really? On their voicemail they say the call back in 5 min (never do). They give you the round around and treat their customers with disrespect. This was the second time I hired them for a job and this will be the last.

Did an incomplete job on cleaning the sewer. Came out very promptly, snaked the clean out, water drained. But when the City checked the sewer VERY NEXT DAY they only thing they had done was punch a hole thru so the water would drain but did NOT clear the roots at all!!!! Would not return to finish job even though he assured us he would after multiple phone calls. Then didn't show up and would not answer phone or return call after that. Insisted check be made to ""cash"". Very dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!
