We called Drainiacs in the evening after our 3 year old flushed many toys down the toilet. They were the only company that actually answered and were happy to come out to help. They were able to get out right away. Brandon communicated with me while on site to keep me informed of what the issue was and was able to resolve the issue. They were responsive, courteous and reasonably priced. I'm always willing to pay for exceptional customer service and attentiveness but this company provided all of that a a great value. I would highly recommend Brandon!! He was super professional and friendly. They came in and cleared my main sewer line. More importantly they did it quickly and did NOT make a mess!!
