Ali has been a pleasure to work with to resolve issues we had with our main sewer line 9 months ago. Ali got someone working on it within hours of the initial assessment of the problem (the old cast iron pipe had crumbled away). He was very clear in communicating what needed to be done, how long each stage would take, and what my wife and I could expect during the work. After it was all done, he provided a warranty to come back if we ever experienced any issues with the main line backing up. True to his word, we had a blockage in our main line recently and he came out the same day to clear the pipe and schedule an appointment to send someone to investigate the possible cause of the blockage.

Overall, Ali's customer service has been fantastic. Prompt replies, clear and frequent communication about his availability, and a very professional and honest approach to the job. I have no complaints about his service and would recommend him to anyone else if they asked for a recommendation for drain repair.

I had a backed up kitchen drain. I called another plumber who came out and ran a snake in the drain. The water did drain then, but a couple of days later, backed up again. When I called that plumber back, I was told there was no warranty. I then called Drain-Help. They gave me a quote, and came out at the appointment time. I agreed to an add on to the service because it included a year warranty. Ali did the job thoroughly and professionally. I have waited about a month to see if the drain would work properly this time (because of the former work). I have not had a single issue with my drains since Drain-Help came out. They will be my go to plumbing service from now on.

Ali is very helpful and reasonable. He is happy to explain what needs to be done and helps you to understand what is necessary to make sure this doesn't happen again. He came out to clear out our main sewer line, explained that I likely have a crack in the old cast iron pipes that leads to it and that I should look into digging it up and replacing it with new plastic pipes. He said that his cleanout was warrantied for a year so I could think about it if I wanted to and me being the natural skeptic that I am decided to hold off and see what happens.

Fast forward 2 months, once again the pipes are backing up into my house and I call Ali. He comes out, clears it out and tells me, ""I told you last time that it's cracked."" Then explains where the clog keeps happening and explains it's not the whole house it's just at the side of the house where it all comes together.

Remember how I mentioned his work was warrantied? Well it is, and legitimately so. He came out the second time, cleared it all out and talked to me for a few minutes and charged me.....$0. A true warranty, thanks Ali, I appreciate it.

My bathroom was clogged for almost one week I called 2 plumbers to come and fix it one of them said he could not do it the other one was charging too much i called these guys to see if they can help me and indeed they did fix my plumbing problem and their rates was very reasonable and overall I'm a happy customer thank you Ali!

Don't make my mistake: Even if you have a bad backup (which I did), take a deep breath and spend a few minutes making calls and getting quotes. I flipped out, booked the first emergency plumber I called without asking about cost, and was charged $650 for less than an hour's labor to unclog a main line with easy access. You can get the same or better service for a couple of hundred dollars less, at least. I made the calls afterwards. That's on me. Lesson learned! I did not feel as though the company wanted to help me get to the bottom of, and solve, my drain problem.

I called DrainHelp last minute to perform a plumbing inspection as the first plumbing company I scheduled never showed up. They set me up with a technician right away and within an hour he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and was able to determine where the problems were quickly and offered the necessary recommendations on how to fix them. He explained every detail and was able to answer all of my questions. Although there was a set price, I had to be charge an extra $100 just for cutting a pipe that resulted in no outcome. This was the only detail I felt could have been negotiated since the pipe was blocked and no further inspection was able to be performed through that pipe. However, overall I was pleased with his professionalism and would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. They are available 24/7 and Linda at the office provided me with a detailed and proper estimate as I requested. I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation!
