I called DrainHelp last minute to perform a plumbing inspection as the first plumbing company I scheduled never showed up. They set me up with a technician right away and within an hour he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and was able to determine where the problems were quickly and offered the necessary recommendations on how to fix them. He explained every detail and was able to answer all of my questions. Although there was a set price, I had to be charge an extra $100 just for cutting a pipe that resulted in no outcome. This was the only detail I felt could have been negotiated since the pipe was blocked and no further inspection was able to be performed through that pipe. However, overall I was pleased with his professionalism and would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. They are available 24/7 and Linda at the office provided me with a detailed and proper estimate as I requested. I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation!

Great job by Ali! Water backing up almost a foot deep in patio area, Ali use the hydro jet system and with in half hour opened up the drains. I highly suggest getting your drains cleared often, also use RootX to kill small roots in drains. Thank you Ali

No too happy with DrainHelp this time! About 2 years ago they were great. Maybe they're too busy now.
I called for another drain cleaning, and they gave a 3-5 PM time frame. I left early from work to make sure that I was home on time.
5pm comes and goes and I hear nothing. I called and the plumber says he's on his way, about 20 minutes away. A half hour then 45 minutes...nothing! I call again and he tells me that he's about a mile away. I no longer believe anything he says.
I cancel, but he says that he'll come out tomorrow and give me a break on the price. The next day, the same thing. I hear nothing from them.
I guess DrainHelp is busy and making a lot of money, because they certainly don't care that they lost me as a customer.

The main plumbing drain exiting my house clogged up on a Sunday and none of the fixture could be used. Ali was the only company that answered the call and came to fix the problem same day! He used a camera to show my the issue prior to fixing anything. He suggesting use the water jet in lieu of a drain snake to prevent any damage to the pipe. Within an hour, everything was water jetted out, Ali showed me through the camera again that everything was cleared and put a chemical solution in the pipe to eliminate the issue. I would highly recommend Drain Help for any plumbing issue.
