What an awful company. Like many others, they came to us through a home warranty. They show up with questionable looking people, only wanting to do the absolute least amount possible. They did not complete a job, so I called for a manager. Instead the plumber himself calls me back asking to rectify the problem before his manager finds out. He agrees to come back and complete the job, but them tries to shake me down for $120! On top of that, I pull the drain plug up and it immediately falls off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use Draingo for your plumbing needs. We still have a stopped up kitchen sink from Sunday. The technician that came out On Mondayband said the garbage disposal was working to pump the water out. It is Wednesday and I still have a stopped up kitchen sink. We are going through our home warranty and now have to call the home warranty company and get a new work order. So far we have been on his for 2 hours with America Homeshield to get the new work order!

Just terrible customer service. """"I need to talk to Whirlpool and then your home warranty."""" 4 days later, I called them. """"Oh, we are still waiting on call-back from Whirlpool."""" I called Whirlpool. 22 minutes later I had a callback. Sham service hired by a home warranty company because they the are lowest bidder I guess.

***DO NOT USE*** Madison, AL I have had 2 experiences with this company (via American Home Shield home warranty) and both experiences were fraudulent in my opinion. The first was a simple leak on a water heater. The """"plumber"""" who was sent told me that the installation wasn't done correctly (I bought the house new and this was the first time it needed service, and every other house I've been into in our neighborhood has the exact same configuration) and he told me at least a dozen times """"I'm a plumber, not a handyman"""". Then he called AHS warranty and told them that it wasn't installed properly so they refused to cover it. So I paid my $125 deductible to AHS to have these clowns come out and tell AHS that it wasn't installed properly. Then he offered to replace the entire water heater for about $700 but no part of the $125 deductible would be applied. I then called another company on my own and then came out and fixed the leak for $175 total...that was 3 years ago. The second was today and was a clogged drain line. Again, I paid my $125 deductible to AHS and expected someone to come in, clear the drain, and good to go. But wait!! Drain Go proceeds to tell me that he needs to snake from the pipe on top of my single story roof to a pipe that you can reach from a ladder, and the roof access fee is $275 additional and not covered by my home warranty!! Are you freaking kidding me? At that point I decided to fire Drain Go and AHS and will never consider using either of them again. I called a reputable plumber in the area and guess what, they charge $198 and there is no roof access fee or any other surprise/hidden fees. Drain Go and AHS is a total SCAM. Beware.

We were introduced to Drango through our home warranty service when we had a leaking water heater. Since then, they have become our go-to plumbers for various other projects, including replacing a water heater, replacing a broken toilet flange, and fixing our garbage disposal. Kade and Ryan have been especially helpful with advice and friendly service. They are always quick to respond when needed, do good work, and are very efficient.

The worst service I have ever experienced by any company I've dealt with in the past 40 years. The only plumbing company who made my issues worse than they were when they started. They broke my kitchen faucet handle and never called back to replace it. The cold water was stripped and if wasn't broke before he got her. Called Jason the manager to ask for help after many calls last week. Jason the manager mentioned my warranty coverage. That's one of their smoke screens. This was a AHS warranty job. So I paid my deductible upfront and he breaks my sink and makes it worse and didn't fix the bathroom faucet either. Still leaking. This is an unethical business trying to get that quick cash from these warranty companies. They broke my handle and I've never seen it again, they made things worse and they never call back. Also the receptionist will try to transfer you ASAP so she doesn't have to listen to your pleads for assistance. Just sent me to the plumber who screwed this up and he had nothing to say. He needed to check the warranty. Once they broke my faucet, it's on them. I think this is my first yelp review. I hate to have to waste my time but others have to know about this company and what they are about. If you have a home warranty and see 2 guys show up with no tools, that don't introduce themselves or ever call you back, just say no. They learned from their manager I guess. That's DrainGo Huntsville. A total ripoff.

Did not have a great experience. The way the tech entered my home, I knew it was not going to be a good visit. He didn't understand why his company would schedule them at my house on Christmas Eve. Without checking my toilet or sink in the bathroom, he immediately came in saying that he was going to have to cut a hole in my ceiling. But first he asked me it """"I"""" had a ladder that he could use. After flushing toilet numerous time, the water leak didn't appear. He immediately came to the conclusion that my toilet had over flowed. I told him that it did not and he said I believe it did and someone didn't tell you. I assured him it did NOT over flow, not even once. As soon as they left, with the hole cut in my ceiling, it started dripping water again. My husband insisted that I do not call them back. The new plumber company just left my house and replaced the seal under my toilet, voila the dripping stopped. By the way, the new company said they would have NEVER cut a hole in my ceiling like that. He has a pin hole camera that allows him to detect the leaks without damaging the ceiling. Now I am stuck with finding a contractor or someone to repair my downstairs ceiling.

Zero stars!!! Do not use this company, they are not trustworthy!!!! When questioned they will hang up on you. Very unprofessional! I was introduced to this company through my home warranty plan to repair or replace a tankless water heater system. We agreed to replace the old system for a new system at a specific price. I trusted them to do the job as I was away for cancer treatments. I called to ensure they installed the model we had discussed and was told, YES. When I returned from my cancer treatments, I checked the system and Draingo had installed a different system. When I questioned the technician (Jason), he said didn't even look at the model #, but just installed it. When, I told him I paid $500 more a specific model, he hangs up.

I wish there was a zero star for this company!!! It was an awful experience. There were sent out to my home by way of my home warranty plan. The technician was not in my house more than five minutes before he came up with a bogus reason why the item was not eligible for replacement coverage. He did, however, offer me a replacement by way of his company with a nice price tag attached. This was such a waste of time!!!!

We've used Drain-Go twice now: once for a leaking toilet under a home warranty & later to do repairs for the sale of our house. They secured 3 toilets to prevent rocking & stop one toilet from leaking. They were thorough & worked efficiently. Would recommend. I would have no problem recommending even after the other bad reviews, but I did ask for Jason, who is a supervisor.
