Company Overview

We are a smaller, customer-centric business, established on superior service, dedicated to delivering the best solutions at competitive prices. We aim to support customers facing plumbing challenges, offering clear explanations, and ensuring attention to detail throughout the process.

My journey in plumbing started in 2002, working in both residential and commercial construction, as well as service work. I moved into service plumbing as my primary focus, while gaining experience in heating and air systems. After experiencing industry layoffs, I chose to launch my own company. I recognized a demand for a plumbing service, that prioritized doing the job correctly over making money.

In total, I have 21 years of experience in plumbing, and before plumbing, I worked in construction trades, and before that, I served in the Navy as an aircraft engine mechanic. I established my company to ensure excellent workmanship, with a practical, hands-on method, while keeping costs reasonable.

Greetings, I’m Stephen, originally from Birmingham, AL. My mother was involved in the legal profession, while my father was in the lumber industry. When I was about six, we relocated to Shelby County, in Helena, AL, before moving back to Birmingham when I was almost twelve, and I went to Homewood High for two years, before moving to Irondale, where I graduated from Shades Valley in 1991.

After high school, I enlisted in the Navy as an aircraft engine mechanic, and was stationed with VP-4 at Barbers Point, HI. After my military service, I transitioned to the construction industry, collaborating with my uncles in the heating and air sector, and eventually was offered plumbing training, which I gladly accepted.

During my downtime, I love to read, mountain biking, going on trips, hiking adventures, and enjoying the beach during summer. I also engage with charities when possible, distributing food boxes to the homeless, and supporting anyone who needs assistance. I advocate against animal cruelty, as well as child abuse.
