I've had the pleasure of dealing with Drainfield Solutions several times in the past and am always so impressed with their customer service. Once with the replacement of a septic system of an elderly couple that I took care of and most recently with their Porta Potty busines, Ware2Go. At my business in Bowlong Green, our bathroom facilities were out of service for several days. They came to the rescue and were more than reasonable with their prices.

I'm leaving a review this early in because I am already sure I'd recommend this company, but will update as needed.

Brandon and Cole from Drainfield Solutions arrived bright & early to begin the process of draining and excavating our septic today. We were all signed up for a new distribution box installation as well but that's on hold now that the guys discovered the old box is fully eroded and our drain field is failing. Oh no. That's the bad news.

The good news is, in our experience, the office is responsive and easy to communicate with regarding schedule, payment contracts, etc. The workers are friendly and enjoyable to talk to, but also professionals when explaining their findings to someone like me who's never seen an excavated septic before.

I can't say we did a ton of research on pricing but although this is an expensive endeavor, I don't feel gouged. I am taking some comfort in previous Yelp reviews, assuming others have looked into that aspect. We were quoted up to $3700 as a ballpark w so much unknown until the dirt was removed. Now that the unexpected has happened we are waiting to hear what the damage will be, all told.

Again updates as we go but if you are in the market for septic drain or repair, give Drainfield Solutions a holler.

Horrible company. Had a septic inspection, they guy came out and stood around for two hours claiming the ground was too hard to dig in. They charged me $500 to bring a machine out to dig to the tank for the inspection. Later after the home was sold, they sent me threatening emails about not paying for work the buyer had hired them for after the house was sold. Stay very far away.
