Friday night around 7pm we discovered we had a blockage in the line from our primary upstairs bathroom and the washing machine. When we ran water in the upstairs sink it caused the water to backup into the washing machine outflow. We called Bill at Drainco and he said he could send someone out Saturday around 11. They called Saturday morning saying they were running behind and would call when they were on their way. Two men arrived who were very professional and agreed with our assessment of where the blockage probably was. We'd tried snaking it ourselves but couldn't get it to clear. They used their professional snake and cleared the line quickly. They stayed while we ran lots of water from the upstairs bathroom and even had us run a short load in the washing machine. All good! We were very grateful they were able to come out on a Saturday and kept us informed of their arrival time. I have their card and will definitely use Drainco again. I highly recommend Drainco!

The two gentlemen that came out on a Sunday, Keith and Steve were absolutely wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They took care of the problem quickly, and cleaned up after they were done (most companies do NOT do this) I would recommend them a 100%. Thank you Drainco for wonderful service!
