A little strange how the only good review is from the area where the company is located. Similar to the other reviews the only reason I used them is because of the home warranty. The first time they came out they said it was not covered because the guest house is not part of the policy. Then they said they would come out to fix it on the next visit for $90. Then they said they couldn't fix it because it is a really bad blockage and would need to come out a 3rd time for $350!!! Then they don't show or call or return calls. I'm a Realtor and know the warranty company very well. I will ask that they take them off their vendor list and to look at all the reviews on yelp.

Just used these guys again today (we have old pipes).

Last night, we called Roto Rooter. The guy came over, tried to fix it, then said he couldn't and that we had to call them during regular business hours so they could cut a hole into my house from the outside to fix the problem. ""It'll cost about $500,"" he said.

So we called Drainco and the technician fixed it, without cutting any holes in my house, in about 20 minutes. Bam! Love these fellas.

I have American Home Shield as my home protection warranty. Recently, my water heater was leaking water. AHS was contacted and contracted Drainco Plumbing to service my request for repair. Drainco Plumbing contacted me within 24 hours and responded once the request to install the new water heater was approved. The technichians came out between the scheduled time and installed a new water heater. The technicians werevery professional.

This company is not worthy of doing business! I had a leak in a toilet upstairs. so one guys comes out on Friday 12/20 he claims he fixed it but 2 hours later its still leaking. so I call back and they tell me someone will be out on Monday 12/23 with a time frame of 1-4pm no one showed up no one called me, I call at 4:05pm and the witch that answers the phone tells me that she will try to call him but of course he doesn't answer! At this point im told someone will come out Tuesday Christmas eve, I told her it had to be early because I was leaving by noon. well 12/24 comes around and a guy shows up and lets me know that the toilet is cracked and I need a new one but of course due to the holiday I cant get one until Friday!!!!! I made sure to ask if I needed to pay any more money and was assured all I needed to pay for was a $30 disposal fee. So finally on Friday a whole week since these idiots started coming out I get a new toilet with NO toilet seat!!!! If I want one from them its $25.... oh hell no! I call and the same witch answers the phone and is beyond rude telling me that toilets come without the seat even at the store so I can either buy one from them buy one on my own somewhere else of keep old seat.. really?!!!! I say no I wasn't informed so therefore they should eat it and let me have the seat she goes on to say Drainco will not pay for the seat and when I express my disgust with their service she claims they don't need my business. When I asked to speak to a manager she claims he's a plumber himself and is out in the field..... yeah right!! I immediately went to home depot and saw that every single toilet from the cheapest to the most expensive included a toilet seat. I was able to purchase a seat for only $6.00 Never again will I use this company. Now almost a month later they want to claim they were never paid their initial $60 LOL I have all receipts so good luck with that one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

JUST SAY NO TO DRAINCO!!!

Stupid guys, three of them came to look at my shower after I filed a claim with my warranty company. They told me a valve needed to be replaced. ONE MONTH LATER, my warranty company calls me to say that the plumbers found no failures in my home and the claim was closed. Meanwhile our shower still only spits out hot water, how is that safe with children in the house?

It's safe to say these guys only go around town collecting deductibles and avoiding work. I will NEVER allow them in my home again, EVER.

I opened a claim with my homeowners insurance due to a water leak coming from my bathroom upstairs into my kitchen. My insurance company had Drainco Plumbing come out to assess the problem. The plumber came and assessed and then we scheduled another date for him to come and repair the leak. When he came back he stated that 1 of my cabinets and range over the stove needed to removed. I had the stuff removed and scheduled for them to come back out again. The plumber came back again and this time he told me that I needed yet ANOTHER cabinet removed and I asked again was he sure that is all because each time I have to pay for someone to come and remove the cabinets and he said yes that should be it. I had the 2nd cabinet removed and scheduled for a plumber to come back out. They gave me a window of 11am - 3pm. At approximately 12 noon a dispatcher called me and told me that the plumber wouldnt be able to come and they gave me no explanation of why and rescheduled me for the following day. I explained and expressed my dissatisfaction and that I had taken 5 hours off of work. I also asked if they could call me prior to the plumber coming so that I can make my way home because I cant take another day off work. and they had given me a window of 1-5pm. The dispatcher said everything was documented in the logs and they would call me but could only give me 20min in advance. So I asked if they could make it after 2pm because I dont get off work till 2pm and they said they could try. At 220pm I recieved a call from the dispatcher stating the plumber was at my security gate and I told her Im less than 20 min away from home can you have him wait and she told me NO. So I immediately was upset and asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and came back and said the manager wasnt available but they would have them call me. The manager never called me nor did they call me ahead of time like the said they would. I called my insurance company and informed them of everything. I would NEVER recommend this awful company too anyone, they are unprofessional. If I could give them a zero I would!

If there is zero star I will definitely choose that!
They were sent by First American Home Warranty to come fix my water heater. First, they always scheduled appointment during the time I've already mentioned that I won't be home, which is between 2~6 ( need to go pick up kids at school at 2:15)
And in the morning around 9:30, Leslie from the office called to confirmed the appointment, and I reminded them about me picking up kid at school. Around 11:30, Leslie called again saying the plumber is in our area and is on their way to my place, but the problem is I am not home at that time and i told her that my appointment is between 2~6.
15 minutes after, Leslie called again asking me if my water heater is outdoor or indoor? Duh!!!!!! Such a smart question!
About 2:10pm, Leslie called again asking me if i can be home sooner? Wake up lady! I am picking up kids at 2:15!!!
So i told her that I am at school waiting to pick up my kids and i will be home asap.
And she told me "" if you come home after 3pm, our plumber cannot wait for you.
I was rushing to pick up my kids and rushing back home to open the door for the plumber to fix my water heater. As I expected, they don't have the parts in hand and needs to order it. So they said they will come back after they got the part tmr or the next business day. And the plumber said they will confirm and schedule the next appointment with me when they received the order parts. So i waited and waited the whole day on Friday but no one ever called. So the next monday around 10 am (I thought they will call the first thing in the morning, but i guess i was WRONG) I have to call them to ask the status and guess what Leslie has to say? She said they tried to call and reschedule appointment with me on friday but no one answered! What a lier!!!!!!. No one ever called on Friday!
Today Tuesday at 2:05pm, they did the same thing, ( i think they do that on purpose, they call me saying that the plumber is on the way when I am at school waiting for pick up kids.) Again Leslie said the plumber cannot wait 5~10 minutes for me to come home. So i said forget about it! I've had enough of this bull shits!
In general, this company sucks and the way they schedule appointment also sucks!
They should go out of business!

This is shady company, my home warranty have this company as their contractor. They show up, rip me off of the deductible and make lots of excuse not to fix the issue and left without doing any work needed to be done. They shouldn't be in the business with this kind of practice. I will file complaints with BBB, this just not right.

0 stars! I had a similar experience as someone else, they were sent out to my home from my home warranty company. When the guy arrived, I discussed the problem in detail with him, and he assured me it should be covered because it was a faulty instal before we purchased the home. After a week of not hearing back from the home warranty company, I called to check up on the status. Apparently the technician never called in the diagnosis. This continued for 2 MORE WEEKS!!! Back and forth between me, the home warranty people and Drainco. After 3 weeks and constant badgering on my part, the home warranty company finally pinned the technician down. He reported that because the system didn't fail, it wouldn't be covered!!!?!?! I insisted on another company to come out to analyze the problem again. Unbelievable how unprofessional this company is. I don't think the technician even remembered who he was reporting on after 3 weeks! What a joke. Find another plumber!

Like everyone else, if I can give them a big fat ZERO stars I would.

It's not like they botched a horrible plumbing job at my home, they didn't even bother to look at the problem because they didn't want to dirty their pretty little uniforms.

I had a problem with a leaky water pipe in the crawl space underneath my home. What do you expect when you hear ""leaky WATER pipe?"" Water right? Well apparently that was issue enough for them to avoid going underneath the home. There was a small puddle of water and some mud just as any good plumber should expect. Well, in order for them to really look at the problem they first need for me to FIX THE LEAKY PIPE from dripping water and somehow dry up the mud... seriously.

Then, after refusing to even make a determination on the problem and not doing anything they have the balls to ask for payment for the service call. I sent their asses packing.

I got a little dirty but I ended up replacing the pipe and fixing the leak myself for under $30.
