I wish I could give negative stars. Drainco came out on an American Home Shield home warranty claim and didn't do anything to code. They left my water heater in an unsafe manner. The inspector said it is a health and safety issue due to them not properly connecting the Vent pipe which could lead to cabin monoxide poisoning, not properly strapping it which could lead to it falling into my kids, and reusing the old gas hose that should have been replaced which could lead to a gas leak. Then they failed to come back and fix any of it. BEWARE!!!

Scheduled a time to meet him at our property, he showed up over an hour early and refused to come back during the time scheduled. I took time off of work to meet these guys between 12:00p-4:00p and they show up before 11:00a. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anybody use this company.

Do NOT use. The plumber came, after several calls. He lies that he has the part! ""Fixes"" issue, and leaves. We find out he forgot to turn on the water!!!! DO NOT call. Beware. Something that should have taken a Half a day, 10 days!!!! really...

This is not a plumbing company, nothing but fraud. The tech will talk his way out of any scenario and will give excuses of why he cannot begin to repair the damage. He showed up late for both appointments and had no intentions of repairing anything. He will state he has to call to get approval which he should do while he is at your house. I asked for something in writing which he provided. i wish i would have read the companies reviews on YELP before i let him step foot in my house.

I am a customer of American Home Shield (AHS) and have filed a complaint with them. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and filing complaint.

Drainco has provided the worst service ever, they say they will show up and they do not show up, they give you a time frame and then show up after that. they provide the worst customer services from the receptionist to the plumber. the worst experience we have had with a plummer. I would rate 0 but it does not let me.

Horrible and unprofessional.

Dishonest completely. My first American home warranty ( not recommanded completely) sent them to repair my drainage pipe stop. The technician can not completely the work and said that the machine is too hot to go on. They make my bathroom very dirty and but the pipe still not working. He stopped with the pipe not working. I arranged KB plumbing by myself but by home warranty. The professional technician did really good job and get them through which is not so difficulty. So I wondered if the person from Drainco plumbing is a plumber!!!

Zero star. These assholes came to my house without any tool. The guy just took a look at my faucet and said he need to write a report and would call me back in a few days. No calls after that. Calling back after a week being told it's not included and called the First American they said it is included. Nvm then, don't try to bother these idiots they don't know anything, I suspect they never tried to call or report anything. Call another plumbing company got my faucet replaced in 30min. About a month later got a bill from Drainco $75 dollars,they deserve no star and business need to be shut down.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My home warranty company sent out this company twice and all they did was snake the toilet once. I asked them to do a more comprehensive review since we kept having issues and his review consisted of looking at the toilet and saying there was nothing he could do besides look at the toilet. My home warranty was going to send them a third time!!! Luckily they missed the appointment and I was able to contract a different company. The company I contracted used a camera and noted a sever issue which was resolved today. Thank you to this other company. Do not use this company. Waste of time and waste of money.

Worst customer service ever. They are definitely dishonest and don't come through. Waste a lot of our time waiting for them in the 4 hour window and they end up not showing up. No wonder why they don't care about their reputation because they suck already! They not only waste one of my day but waste another day of mines today by not showing up! Terrible company
