Let me to add to the other reviews with a resounding endorsement of Garret and his team. I've had years worth of problems with my area drains. If you live in the Conejo Valley, it's a common issue. In general, these are a real pain in the neck since they are invariably subject to root infestation. When the water started lapping at the sandbags during the recent storms, I contacted Garret after an online search. Garret, Justin, and Tim figured out the screwy underground pipe layout, diagnosed the problem, cut into the concrete, yanked out a ribbon of root, fixed a section of pipe and laid in a smooth concrete patch. During the last rain after the work was done, I heard from Garret asking me how the drains were doing. I told him that for the first time in a long time, I didn't have a lake out back. We still have work to do on the side and front of the house to ensure that there will be flow to the curb outlet, but for now things are flowing well. Drainco is easily one of the best and most responsive companies I have worked with in the Conejo Valley since arriving here in in the 90's. Keep them in mind for any of your plumbing issues. They are full service.

I would recommend Garret Stevens, owner of Thousand Oaks Construction company to anyone who wants a company who shows up when they say they will be there and keep you informed of how the work is going. Garret was great to work with and his men were clean cut and I really appreciated they all spoke english. I had a pipe break underground the side of my house and it was an emergency. As soon as I informed the association where I live, Garret Stevens and his crew was at my home in 30 minutes. His company also does additions, remodels, roofing, restoration, plumbing HVAC, electrical, concrete, sewer install, maintenance and drywall.
