Begged this company for weeks to come fix poor septic tank installation. They repeatedly broke appointments without even the decency to call and cancel. Finally the Seminole County Inspectors made them come out to fix their poor work. I am having more issues with the system. After another two broken appointments, now they are refusing to fix it. Also . . . I got three estimates. This company came in about a thousand under. When all was done they were $4K more than any of the estimates, and made us eat that cost by putting a lien on our house.

First time Feb.2019 was thorough and unstopped complete system, cleaned up afterwards, this time didn't unstop complete system and left uncleaned and mess!

A very unprofessional company. Did their job wrong. After that they promised to come and redo it, but now a month has passed and no one even called. The calls are answered that you are on the schedule for the next week and so already 8 times in a row. Avoid this company! The only way out is to solve the problem through the courts.

The guys from Drainage Solutions did a fantastic job for us. We had a 37 year old drain field that was waaaay past it's prime and we began to have issues in the house. They explained everything that was going on and what we needed to do to make it past the 3 weeks until they could start the project. The drain field area was landscaped by the previous owners and a couple small trees had grown in the area. The guys were very careful to minimized the damage to the vegetation. They were efficient and quick to get the job done. Best of all they were $1k less that both the other estimates.

got a new drainfield, that failed in less than a month-was told I needed a pump and new dirt because I had 8 different kinds that was preventing the drainage and the water tables were higher. That new one started having issues in 2 months. I've been trying to work with them to fix this hot mess they made and now I cannot even get a call or email back. I only gave one star because I cannot rate them with NO stars.

This company did a septic inspection and after telling us our septic system was fine, they then told our realtor that we needed a new drain field. Then later the same day Drainage Solutions shows up with equipment to dig up our yard, when we said no, they changed their story (again) and told us they needed to dig up our septic pump instead. We said no and had a different septic company come out and inspect our system. The new company certified that the septic system is in good working order, the pump is working as it should and our drain field is working properly.

I moved into my house three years ago, and it has been hell with the septic tank. In three years it had to get pumped out 5 X. One old lady living alone in this house. Well by the grace of God today I had Abraham and James from drainage Solutions come to my house. I have never had such great service in my life. No one but no one who has come before ever told me that because I don't have a proper top on my tank when water gets in and the tank gets filled. These guys went beyond helpful and kind and just the best I could ever hope for. That's why I won't use any other company but drainage solution.
