Drain Works did a great job fixing our gas fireplace. Scheduling service was easy and Drain Works communicated effectively through email and text messages for appointments and invoices that included ""before and after"" photos which are so helpful. Mr. Duran, our tech, was professional, punctual, and really easy to work with, not to mention very skilled. He explained the work so we understood what was needed. We will def look into the other services Drain Works provides given how effective they were in fixing our fireplace!

I recently believed my hotwater heater was leaking(it turned out to be my HVAC) but Drainworks investigated to ensure that my water system was working properly. While my hot eater heater was okay, he performed maintenance to it to prevent further issues(flushing).He was transparent, reliable, provided fair pricing , and great service! I will be using Drainworks in the future and for continued maintenance of my water and plumbing systems. 10/10

Jorge with Drain Works was great!

I called several companies to get an estimate for a new electric hot water heater install... Getting a new hot water heater turned out to be more challenging than it needed to be as most of these companies either quoted outrageous prices or literally wouldn't even return my calls or emails.

It was a challenge until I called Jorge at Drain Works...

Jorge was VERY responsive. He was easy to reach over the phone. He emailed an estimate, discussed my options over the phone, and came back with a price that was very competitive.

He scheduled the install quickly. He followed up with text reminders and updates, and most importantly - did a great job with the install and removal of old unit...

There was one minor issue after the install (outside of his control) and he came back asap to make sure it was perfect and to make sure that we were satisfied.

He's very customer focused, communicates well, and did a great job at a fair price.

Jorge is now my guy next time I need anything like this done. Thank you, sir!

Water coming up through the floor of my condo! Spoke with Jorge who was happy to take a look. He found the burst pipe in the wall and fixed it very quickly, all for a reasonable price. He was courteous, friendly, kept me updated. He even told me about the water shutoff. Great experience, and will call again when my next plumbing emergency comes along.

I live in an older home that has needed a lot of repairs over the last few years. Therefore, I have experience with several plumbing companies in the area. I used this company twice, and they are by far the best in the DMV!! They are consistently prompt, respectful, honest and highly skilled. Bought a house with a pretty old looking gas fireplace. I was just hoping the lines worked - I figured I would need a new insert. I called Drain Works and they explained their process very well. The tech came out and got the fireplace working pretty quickly and showed me how to work the remote I didn't even know went to the fireplace. They explained how to the pilot and all other things on the set worked. They explained their refurbishment service with no pressure to purchase. I went with their refurbishment service and the fireplace set looks brand new! A great value in my opinion.
