WOW! Excellent service. Couldn't have asked for a better plumbing company to do my BIG job. The personal service, care of the job and attention to detail blew us away. Long story short we have had a nightmare for a year. Dealing with home insurance to get our plumbing covered. Living in construction zone for over 6 months. When we finally got the resolution from the insurance and decided to find our own plumber we spoke with over 12 plumbing companies. Most didn't seem to care about our emotional year and simply gave us a dollar figure with little details. I was distraught and emotional. We called Drain Wizard and Carl the owner/operator came out quickly. He walked thru the house listening to our year long story. He heard all of our issues and thru the story he knew what we had been thru. He stated he has done many full repipe jobs. He knew exactly where the pipes were run and let us know our options. He talked thru the process and what each step would look like. Thru the bid process which was SAME day- he suggested that not only should he repipe the drain lines but also the water lines while he is in the floor. He gave us an excellent quote and suggested that he would contract out and remodel both bathrooms as well. He knew a great tile guy to get the floors done at the same time he was working on the house. The process was fast and the start up date was set. He called us thru each step. If he needed to make a decision he called or sent pictures. I let him use his discretion and the result was amazing. THANK YOU DRAIN WIZARD

We had to have our original 1960's tub faucet and shower fixture replaced. We called and spoke with Carl and he had someone out the very next day. All the reviews I read were of Carl's work but instead we had someone that worked for Carl. He was a nice young man but clearly inexperienced and maybe due to either lack of training or the fact that he was hired to do work without a license but my husband saw several rookie mistakes and it became evident that he wasn't experienced.

Had a great experience with this company! I had had a clog worsening for years, and many plumbers have been here, to no avail. Then I called Drain Wizard. Carl sent Austin over that day. He was determined to fix that clog! Even though it was blisteringly hot, and he had missed lunch to come, he stayed pleasant and cheerful, and went above and beyond to find the source of the problem. And...success! I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone.

Drain Wizard is a very good plumbing company. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Their pricing is fair. I have had them replace both of my water heaters, and repair several toilets. Each time, they show up on time, and always seem to have all the parts they will need with them. I keep their business card in my desk!

I called Drain Wizard because I saw a truck in my neighborhood and needed a plumber immediately. My upstairs bathroom shows diverter was broken and needed to be fixed. They came right away, but was only here for less 5 minutes. I was charged $50 for nothing. They totally missed diagnosis the issues which resulted in us calling another company who found the issue and fixed it right away.

Had Carl out to fix a broken outdoor faucet. He was here as promised, fixed the problem and was very reasonable. I have used him multiple times over the last 10 years and it is always the same.
