Had Carl out to fix a broken outdoor faucet. He was here as promised, fixed the problem and was very reasonable. I have used him multiple times over the last 10 years and it is always the same. Great service at reasonable prices and always there when promised. I highly recommend Drain Wizard for all your plumbing needs.

We had to have our original 1960's tub faucet and shower fixture replaced. We called and spoke with Carl and he had someone out the very next day. All the reviews I read were of Carl's work but instead we had someone that worked for Carl. He was a nice young man but clearly inexperienced and maybe due to either lack of training or the fact that he was hired to do work without a license but my husband saw several rookie mistakes and it became evident that he wasn't experienced.

Drain Wizard is a very good plumbing company. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Their pricing is fair. I have had them replace both of my water heaters, and repair several toilets. Each time, they show up on time, and always seem to have all the parts they will need with them. I keep their business card in my desk!

Had (2) toilets replaced , drain cleaned (snaked) , and shower head replaced... All that was completed was the (2) toilets upgraded . Drains ended up slow and blocked again next day , Austin snaked from inside house due to being unable to access drain vent pipe on roof.This added a large mess on walls and floors which took hours to clean after Drain Wizard left. Molding around doors to bathrooms were chewed up by the snake grinding against them. The shower was left incomplete but charged me $287.00 for a plastic hand-held shower head . Total bill was $1287.00 when i was quoted $425 ea for the toilets installed... I tried to nogotiate with Carl (owner) a fair price minus $287.00 of work not done but on bill and he wasn't hearing it , i again tried to nogotiate at least half of the $287.00 to be credited to the bill and he said forget it you owe me nothing , all i wanted was to be charged fairly and for Drain Wizard to be paid for SERVICES RENDERED... After the call with Carl in which he said there was nothing else to pay he then called Austin and told him to strip all the parts out of my Shower , which he did.. 10 minutes later I get a threatening call to VOICEMAIL that he's going to put a lein against my house and that he's a great businessman that wants me to keep my money so he can sue me.... NOT A VERY GOOD BUSINESSMAN , AND AS FAR AS THE THREATS GO CARL SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER TO THREATEN PEOPLE WHILE BEING RECORDED....Carl , i figured that you were not going to complete job (which i was right , you didn't) When i called you back to set up completion of bathroom and to complete payment you sent Austin only to collect balance for an uncompleted job. Your employee undercuts your jobs offering discounts if he's paid **Lunch Money** (cash between $20-$100) personally. You're a dishonest businessman saying they'll do a job for one price only to tack on to the final price extras. I was shocked that you didn't complete the bathroom as said but still wanted full payment... NICE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS...I signed a paid in full reciept , didn't sign anything about job satisfaction ... You sir , are not a businessman.... END OF STORY ... Oh , previous owners warned me you were a crook . Even through the walk through on sale of house they tried removing your business sticker that you placed on the water heater...I asked for $300 of undone work to be removed from bill because he called and said now it will be an additional $500 and Drain Wizard Plumbing hadn't even done anything to deserve the first $300. DON'T WASTE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY , THEY'LL SCREW YOU LIKE THEY DID PREVIOUS OWNER OF THIS HOUSE AND HOW THEY TRIED TO DO ME TOO... THE OWNER , CARL , TALKS BAD ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEE ,AUSTIN , AND AUSTIN DOES THE SAME ABOUT HIS EMPLOYER , CARL... BUYER BEWARE ...

I called Drain Wizard because I saw a truck in my neighborhood and needed a plumber immediately. My upstairs bathroom shows diverter was broken and needed to be fixed. They came right away, but was only here for less 5 minutes. I was charged $50 for nothing. They totally missed diagnosis the issues which resulted in us calling another company who found the issue and fixed it right away.

Had a great experience with this company! I had had a clog worsening for years, and many plumbers have been here, to no avail. Then I called Drain Wizard. Carl sent Austin over that day. He was determined to fix that clog! Even though it was blisteringly hot, and he had missed lunch to come, he stayed pleasant and cheerful, and went above and beyond to find the source of the problem. And...success! I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone.

We can't say enough good about Drain Wizard Plumbing. Was not an emergency but after calling Monday, Austin and Carl were there on Tuesday with a brand new water heater. In about a hour Austin had pulled out, drained and loaded up the old broken water heater, installed our new water heater and I had HOT water! We also had another issue with our water main outside the house being buried about 18 inches underground and Austin fixed that too! Now the on/off valve is in a brand spanking new housing that is several inches above ground. Professional demeanor and they cleaned up behind themselves. Hardworking and honest, I highly recommend the Drain Wizard!
