I called Drain Wizard because I saw a truck in my neighborhood and needed a plumber immediately. My upstairs bathroom shows diverter was broken and needed to be fixed. They came right away, but was only here for less 5 minutes. I was charged $50 for nothing. They totally missed diagnosis the issues which resulted in us calling another company who found the issue and fixed it right away.

Had a great experience with this company! I had had a clog worsening for years, and many plumbers have been here, to no avail. Then I called Drain Wizard. Carl sent Austin over that day. He was determined to fix that clog! Even though it was blisteringly hot, and he had missed lunch to come, he stayed pleasant and cheerful, and went above and beyond to find the source of the problem. We can't say enough good about Drain Wizard Plumbing. Was not an emergency but after calling Monday, Austin and Carl were there on Tuesday with a brand new water heater. In about a hour Austin had pulled out, drained and loaded up the old broken water heater, installed our new water heater and I had HOT water! We also had another issue with our water main outside the house being buried about 18 inches underground and Austin fixed that too! Now the on/off valve is in a brand spanking new housing that is several inches above ground. Professional demeanor and they cleaned up behind themselves. Hardworking and honest, I highly recommend the Drain Wizard!

WOW! Excellent service. Couldn't have asked for a better plumbing company to do my BIG job. The personal service, care of the job and attention to detail blew us away. Long story short we have had a nightmare for a year. Dealing with home insurance to get our plumbing covered. Living in construction zone for over 6 months. When we finally got the resolution from the insurance and decided to find our own plumber we spoke with over 12 plumbing companies. Most didn't seem to care about our emotional year and simply gave us a dollar figure with little details. I was distraught and emotional. We called Drain Wizard and Carl the owner/operator came out quickly. He walked thru the house listening to our year long story. He heard all of our issues and thru the story he knew what we had been thru. He stated he has done many full repipe jobs. He knew exactly where the pipes were run and let us know our options. He talked thru the process and what each step would look like. Thru the bid process which was SAME day- he suggested that not only should he repipe the drain lines but also the water lines while he is in the floor. He gave us an excellent quote and suggested that he would contract out and remodel both bathrooms as well. He knew a great tile guy to get the floors done at the same time he was working on the house. The process was fast and the start up date was set. He called us thru each step. If he needed to make a decision he called or sent pictures. I let him use his discretion and the result was amazing. THANK YOU DRAIN WIZARD
