This company shouldn't be in business. I witnessed one of their drivers driving recklessly and dangerously on I 25, last 3 of license plate 341. I called the company to let them know and then he grew even more dangerous, weaving in and out of the express lane on 36. I was truly scared and couldn't wait until my exit so I could get away from him. Shame on you for not coaching your employees to drive responsibly and then shame on you for not reacting when one of your employees is being dangerous on the road. The police have been notified.

We had a completely plugged main drain backing up into our laundry room. When we called Drain Wizard, she was very sympathetic to our plight and said she would try hard to get us worked into their schedule. She worked a bit and then said she could get someone out within three hours, and would call when he was on his way. Within half an hour, she called to say the technician would be at our house in half an hour. Matt arrived and proceeded to clean out the drain with a huge rooter. He had a small tent which he put around the rooter to keep any backwash from flinging out on the walls and furniture. He also put covers on the floor. He ran the rooter out to the street and cleaned the main pipe thoroughly. After running water from all the faucets and toilets, it was running fast and cleanly. He proceeded to put away his equipment, then to my great delight , thoroughly cleaned around the toilet,walls and floor. (I asked if he hired out to do the rest of the house, but he declined, Darn!) I hate to admit it, but the room was much cleaner when he left, than when he came. Matt was very professional in his work, fun to talk with and taught me new things about our plumbing.
We highly recommend Matt Perry and Drain Wizard for anyone needing any drain cleaning!

Don't EVER use DRAIN WIZARD!!! We had a claim to replace our garbage disposal through our home warranty company. While the installer was removing the old disposal, he didn't hold onto it and it dropped, breaking our cabinet. He fully took responsibility and sent the pictures of the damages to the owner, Chuck Harrison, who is a complete jerk! It took an additional month of phone calls and threats of small claims court to have him finally come to the house and assess the damage, which he questioned was caused by his installer. After another two months of no action, I will be taking him to court. The owner is completely unprofessional and I would highly advise anyone looking for a plumber to avoid this company!

Unfortunately I cannot rate the quality of their service; my review is on their administrative practices. Due to their incompetence in proper billing and application of payment, I would caution anyone when doing business with them. Due to the deplorable and childish attitude I received when questioning the status of our account, I will never refer this company to anyone.

Absolute worst company and owner I have ever encountered. Chuck, the owner, actually said he didn't need to have customers that demanded he fix issues that he and his company created..And he also told us to go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB because he is not a member. Please be aware...CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!! They don't show up on time EVER..Sometimes they just don't show up..No call, nothing...My GF used them due to her HOA recommending and using them. Over-paid for services, they were incompetent and caused a malfunction with the dishwasher, and then refused to fix it, even though we have a warranty. The owner said he didn't have to fix it or honor his warranty and walked out. We are completely shocked by his actions. I will spend the rest of my days telling EVERYONE i know about his behavior and the awful awful awful work his company did.

Drain Wizard was recommended by a colleague. I went with the recommendation. Had leaks in my ceiling drywall. They came out the same day I called, which I didn't expect, but the guy they sent didn't know how to fix the problem, so he called his boss. First his boss was going to come out with him later that day. Then it turned into the boss was coming the next day. Then I called to make sure they had my phone number correct because I didn't hear from them. The boss never came. No one ever came. The first day, the guy cut holes in my drywall so now, in addition to the leaks which were never fixed, I have holes in my ceiling and Drain Wizard has essentially abandoned me. Will never use them again. They did not solve my problem, they created more problems for me.

Fantastic service. James was very helpful and did good work. We opted to do some digging on our job ourselves to save some money and he offered to come back after hours when we were done digging to get job done asap. We will definitely call DW for any future plumbing needs.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! This company was used by Colorado Home Warranty, and sent to us for a repair. Turns out it was not a covered repair under the warranty. The guy came and charged me $55 for a service call and basically hand tightened a nut. He told us that this was a temporary fix, and wouldn't last 6 month. He said it would cost $275 to fix the problem, but that he would give us credit for the $55 we had already paid, making it a total of $220, all in. Sure enough two months later, we needed the full repair. Suddenly, he had no recollection of such a promise, and insisted it was the full $275. We had no choice but to use them because it was too late to get someone else, and it was an emergency. In the meantime, we found the written quote, but they STILL refused to honor it. They are not even BBB members...wonder why.

Quick, efficient, priced right and great customer service. This was our second time using DW and we will definitely call them again for future needs.....removed roots from pipes.
