Recently, while doing laundry on the top floor, the first floor in our house flooded. We could not tell where the water was coming from, but fortunately is was clean water. It was a Sunday and we contacted Drain with Trenchless. Oscar very promptly returned our call and within a couple of hours was at our door. Based on his experience he believed there was a block in the main sewer line. First thing early next morning, Oscar and a large crew opened access on our driveway by removing dirt and concrete exposing the sewer lines and thus uncovering the problem. Big tree roots were blocking the pipes. They cut out the affected areas, replaced some piping and added liners to the remaining sewer line.

They were very organized and clean, disruption was minimal and they secured the surrounding area throughout the process.

Oscar kept us abreast at every phase of the process and explained everything in detail to us. He was very responsive to any inquiry.

We are very happy with the work performed, and with Oscar's prompt attention and description of the work. I would highly recommend his company for any plumbing work big or small.

I had a main waterline break under my house at 3 AM. When I shut off the main waterline valve it was still leaking by. I immediately put out a work request on yelp to see what I could do about hiring a Plumber for immediate repair. About 8am in the morning, I received a call from Oscar at Drain with Trenchless. He came out to give me a free estimate within an hour after the phone conversation. I wasn't really knowledgeable about what it was going to cost me, but I went with my gut feeling and hired Oscar for the job. By 3 PM that day my waterline and main manifold valves we're all replaced with new copper piping and quarterturn valves. They did a great job and I was very pleased with the outcome. I recommend these guys for all your needs. It doesn't hurt to call them for a free estimate.

If you're looking for a trusted plumber STOP your research and look no further!!! Oscar and his team were amazing and helped us with multiple problems on our property. It started with a busted hot water line (which happened to be a very difficult job to complete for multiple reasons) which him and his team completed in ONE DAY. I can't say or stress how important this was and how happy this made me because we have two small children and oir water not working was a pain. Oscar was transparent, kind, patient, and communicated everything throughout this process. He always answered his phone, and took his time explaining our options to us. I never once felt like he was misleading us in any way, in fact, he presented things that would actually help us save money. He is a genuine guy and somebody that we will be using for all of our plumbing needs from now on. His pricing is completely reasonable, especially given the difficulty of the jobs. 10/10 recommend!

I hired Oscar and his team to help me complete a comprehensive sewer inspection when I was looking to purchase a new home. This home was a slab foundation. Being new to slab foundation houses I had many questions. Oscar was more than happy to help answer all of my questions/concerns no matter how small the question was. He was more than happy to explain things to my wife and me in a way we understood which we were able to convey to our realtor. With these explanations it allowed us to have better conversation about the house and our concerns with the seller.

When he was completing his inspection, he allowed me to watch him while the camera was going through the lines which helped give me a better understand of how the lines were ran under the slab foundation as well as where they lead to the kitchen/bathrooms. He took the time and pointed out areas in the sewer line that he felt should be replaced/repaired as they could be issues.
Oscar also took video and pictures himself for his report. This was great as I was able to use these videos/pictures when it came time to closing on the house. If he had not done this, we would have not been able to share this with the seller and raise our concerns. This footage supported our request on contingences.

He did such a great job with the sewer lines inspection and documentation we ended up being about to buy the house that we really wanted.

When we closed on the house, I hired him and his team to complete the needed repairs. On the first day of repairs, Oscar introduced me to his team, and he wanted me to be a part of the process on what to do. He gave me all of the options and was open about what repairs I needed to take care of right away and what repairs I could hold off on. This was great as we had just bought a house and the budgets were very tight. We worked out what to do and moved forward with the needed repairs.

Oscar and his team did such a great job and come in at budget which allowed us to offer him another job to relocation our washer/dryer hookups to give us more space in the kitchen. It was a big job, but he did not shy away from the task. He was able to complete it within the time frame I needed as I had other projects lined up and was not able to push them as it would have cost me time & money.

I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and his team. In a current economy of lacking tradesmen's, he will be my first call when I need a plumber going forward and will be my first recommendation should anyone ask me for an experienced plumber.
