Chat responses were sometimes sporadic/unclear but they let me book a date (next day) via chat. They gave me a quote within 5 minutes of posting my job description (unlike the competition who all wanted to send someone first, then give me a quote even though the job was clear-cut standard fill valve replacement... and they all wanted me to call and talk to someone but i was unable to (no local number)).

Oscar did a great job, was super fast, super friendly, answered any questions in an easy-to-understand way. And most importantly, the toilet doesn't run anymore, yay! No complaints. AAA+++ would hire again.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, this happens to many people, we had a terrible sink clog. We had had some remodeling done where they failed to put a clean out in our kitchen sink.
After three plumbers unable to unclog the sink Oscar came gave us a fair price and worked all weekend on Thanksgiving weekend to get us back up and running.
I am so grateful to him and his professionalism. They cleaned up beautifully outside after digging up our front lawn and everything is running wonderfully.
I am so glad this problem is behind us, and we won't have a clog in the kitchen ever in the foreseeable future .!

Great experience! Called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day in the evening to check a slow draining tub. The problem had magically fixed itself by the time Berto arrived. Checked everything and made sure it was working before he left. Didn't need to do any work, but gave us tips on how to avoid future problems and only charged $25 for service charge for the visit. We had Oscar and crew come out because we hear water running in the pipes and the meter in the street is turning slowly even though everything is shut off. I checked all the toilets, shutoffs, etc for leaks, nothing. I hear the noise all over the house but no visible leaks. The first plumber couldn't even find it. Oscar with leak detection did. Fortunately it was not in a wall. He ran out to the plumbing store to get the proper end cap for the pipe that was spraying water from a pinhole leak in the end cap like crazy but it was in a very far away corner under the house. They found it. Fixed it and had it all done in the same morning.
Price was very reasonable and the guys are neat and clean and honest.
We will probably get him to repipe the whole house from copper to PEX because if it happens in one spot it will happen again, while we're vacationing on the south coast of France. lol
Here's a Pro Tip.
If you have relatively old copper pipe and your house is not on a slab so you can actually inspect some of the pipe and you notice little green circles along the underside of your pipes, they are all microscopic leaks. It's actually a good thing that we have hard water with a lot of minerals in it because it seals it up. But eventually water will push through. Believe me I had the problem at my other house.
I got under the house and replaced little sections three times and then gave up and hired the pro to do PEX (plastic).
especially if you had work done in the '70s and '80s there was a lot of inferior grade copper pipe.Oscar gave me a quote to repipe that is much less than others that put on the ""Palos Verdes surcharge"".
