Had a water leak that we thought our homeowner insurance would help cover. Unfortunately this was not the case and I came to yelp to get some information and pricing. Oscar and his company were the first to respond and offered to help right away. Even when we had some delays, he worked with our schedule and got the right people put here to fix our leak with a re-route. We appreciated the time and effort he and his team put in to not destroying our home while identifying and fixing the problem. Communication was great and the price even better. We are so appreciative of Oscar and his team for their knowledge, their work ethic in staying late to get the job done, and truly their communication from beginning to end. I called around 10:00 am for a quote to unclogged my kitchen sink drain. Oscar quoted me $75.00 for a basic unclogging. We scheduled an appointment for 12:00 pm. Oscar showed up on time and ready to get the job done. He examined the drain and clean out valve and gave me a couple of options to help me avoid continued issues with the drain. The options were all fair but I opted for the basic unclogging. He was finished in about 30 minutes. He brought cleaning supplies (first time I've ever seen a plumber do this!) and made sure everything spotless before he left. He also gave me a 3-day guarantee in case the drain became clogged again.
Oscar is very professional. He presented me with alternative options but never pushed any on me as I've experienced with other plumbers. I will not hesitate to call Oscar for any future repairs.
