There was a possible leak and mold issue in my ceiling, Blane was able to come out and look at it right away and investigate the issue right away. Fortunately it was not a mold issue but there was some plumbing repairs needed and Blane was great in working with me and my home insurance company to get everything covered. I would highly recommend Blane/Drainwise for any of your plumbing needs as he is very experienced and detailed about the entire process from A-Z.

Drain Wise Rooter & Mitigation was a great find for us for our plumbing problems. My wife and I have had two other company's that tried to help us, but they just couldn't do the job. Drain Wise Rooter & Mitigation was able to correct our problem the first time. Blane is the man to call. His knowledge in plumbing is incredible. Both my toilets were starting to clog last night and water was backing up into my shower drain. It seemed like an issue with the main sewer so I reached out to a few different plumbing companies. Blane was quick to respond and was kind enough to squeeze me into his schedule since this was an emergency situation. He arrived on time and was able to quickly fix my sewer issue despite how hot it was outside (110F at noon in Vegas is no joke). Turns out, my sewer had potentially been messed up from a previous construction and was left with no cap, causing a clog in the sewer line. Blane was very professional and knowledgeable and the price he charges is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone and I would reach out to him for any future plumbing issues (fingers crossed I won't have any though lol).

I had a truly first-class experience with Blane at Drain Wise. This began with my initial phone call (I used another search engine to find the company) as Blane responded to me right away. He came to my house within the hour and brought an immediate sense of relief. Having sewage water come up from underneath the toilet mortified me as it spilled onto the bathroom floor. Also my bathtub filled up with sewage water as well. I was freaking the F--k out. I was worried about protecting my family (I am a single dad to a four-year old daughter) and the sanitation risk this brought.
Blane shocked me with not only the expediency of his arrival but his reassuring mannerisms as he systemically handled the problem. I was able to take my daughter and leave my house until Drain Wise alleviated the problem. The process of stopping the problem and cleaning up the impacted area lasted about four hours. Blane used technology and showed me a video of the blockage and left no doubt as to both his acumen and integrity.
As a follow up, he suggested I called homeowners insurance company to get the sewer damage covered.
Again, I give Blane and Drain Wise my highest endorsement.

Blane is professional, honest, works hard, pleasant to talk with, and very easy to understand. I explained in detail all the work that I needed done prior to him coming here so he knew what he would be getting into and when he came to my house I showed him the areas of concern and he went right to work. He took his job very seriously and still cautious about Covid he wore a mask and booties without being asked. :) perfect!

After he was done he did a walk-through showing me what and all he did. He used drop cloths to pick up any water and/or debris to make clean up a breeze and then used a special cleaning agent to disinfect the areas he worked on prior to saying job done.

Even the payment process was painless in that he doesn't take or see your credit card information-- gives you peace of mind nowadays. You pay through an app and get a receipt when done. Wish more service repair men would use this in the future.

It's hard enough when you're new to an area to find quality workers but he is above and beyond quality and I'm thankful that now I have a good rapport with him. He will be a permanent contact especially if I need his help in the future.
