I spent years watching my husband toil away at different sewer and drain firms. For over 16 years, he dedicated himself to demanding jobs, yet he received only a small portion of what the company billed the clients. I often heard how customers were sometimes overcharged simply because they didn’t fully grasp the work being performed. I pondered, “Why not establish our own business, provide better rates, treat customers well, and be honest?
