I witnessed my husband working for multiple sewer and drain businesses for years. For more than 16 years, he put in hard work on challenging tasks, but his pay was only a small slice of what the company charged clients. I frequently learned that customers were sometimes billed excessively due to a lack of understanding of the services rendered. I wondered, “Why not create our own company, offer lower prices, treat clients fairly, and be truthful? We could profit more and help our customers save!” That’s how Drain Whisperers came to life!
