We selected Drain Town Rooter to hydro jet our yard drains to clear a blockage caused by the heavy December 2021 rains. We selected them over the other two companies we interviewed because estimator did an excellent job answering our numerouos questions about concerns. They and the workers did an excellent and professional job in cleaning our drains. The price we paid was lower than the quotes from the other contractors we interviewed.

These guys are awesome! I had some plumbing repairs (somewhat time-critical) to get done. They came out quickly, gave a very fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. What impressed me even further was the quality of the work. When they were done, it was top notch. The project required replumbing/rerouting a number of interconnected pipes and valves. The finished product was a work of art, in copper. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

I waited a month to post this review which isn't fair given how quickly Jarod came out to inspect issues i was having. My neighbor beneath me spotted a leak in his ceiling, i panicked, Jarod was able to come out in less than 24 hours on a Saturday. Very courteous and professional, great attitude and communication. Fortunately the leak was minor and easily fixed. But if i ever have a serious plumbing issue im glad i know who to call now.

After installing a new washing machine, our old overflow pipe was too small. We called Drain Town Rooter and they came out promptly. A larger pipe was installed and they also put a hydro jet down the drain. David was great to work with, polite and very competent. He answered all our questions. We ran into an issue with our kitchen sink clogging and after having a different plumber take a look, we felt it was best to get a second opinion. We contacted Drain Town Rooter and they came by within two hours on a Sunday to try and fix our problem. It turned out to be a much bigger and more complicated ordeal than we anticipated and Randy kindly waived the $99 cable and camera fee since the sink couldn't be unclogged during our initial appointment. He and his team came back out the very next day to repipe and conduct a hydro-jet clean out. The level of knowledge and professionalism was really impressive, not to mention how patient they were trying to figure out the best way to access the pipes since we have a complicated kitchen layout. We are really grateful to have found Drain Town Rooter and plan to call them for any future needs. We highly recommend them! Thank you Randy, Hugo and Cannon!
