Called about a majorly clogged shower drain and within an hour, Buddy was at my house diagnosing the issue. He was nice, professional, and solved my issue quickly. Prices were fair as well. If you're having similar issues, I'd recommend Drain Town Rooter!

Buddy came out when we were in a major bind. House was middle of a reno when we had a sewage leak just before Thanksgiving. And he did it for $2k less than the other bid. He took care of us. Then on Black Friday we found a brand new leak. He took care of that too. Plumbing's not cheap but a fair price and great service are hard to find.

Sorry buddy, anyone can look up my reviews and see I don't bother leaving reviews very often. Thank you for putting on display how you do business. Any sane person would never do business with you after reading your reply. I got my plumbing issue resolved within an hour after your company left my premises for 1/10 the price quoted with a reputable, honest, and professional company. God speed.

From the moment I called the experience was over the top. The receptionist dispatcher was super friendly, super polite, super proud of their business. They had somebody dispatch to come out to the home within a couple hours of receiving my plea for help the gentleman showed up on time and a clean vehicle and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, for them it seemed to be an easy fix that required less than a technician... (aka Draino), but the estimate was free and the confidence in what they could do will have me coming back again if I need them. Thank you David from the LBC.... Good lookin out!

Cannon has come out several times, identified the problem, and told us what it would cost to fix it the first time and, if needed, what it might cost if the problem is more complicated. He always fixes it the first time! There are no hidden fees, he is honest, arrives when he says he will, and is very friendly. I highly recommend Drain Town Rooter.

Buddy at Drain Town Rooter just finished up a plumbing job for me in South OC and was awesome. I called this morning with a backed up drain, and Buddy was out just a few hours later to resolve it for me. Highly recommend. Gabe came out to fix what at first appeared to be a routine clog, but resulted in a much larger issue. Drain town addressed this in a more complete manner than the other plumbers I've had in the past. Excellent service and do not hesitate to contact them.
