Late Friday night I found my kitchen sink backing up...of course, at the start of a weekend. I did some research here, and found great reviews (plus a $75 drain cleaning rate that didn't vanish on the weekend as some others did). The cost wound up being a tad higher because I didn't have an exterior clean-out (they let me know up front) but was a still very reasonable given the circumstances, and lower than other quotes.
David was scheduled in short order and came right on time. He was very cordial and helpful, explained what was going on - he snaked through grease/gunk, not roots - and even checked the water pressure on his way out! I couldn't have been more pleased with the ease and speed of dealing with this bothersome blockage - especially as it was on a weekend. David couldn't have been nicer, or more conscientious. Drain Town Rooter made my day.

Called on a Friday night for a running toilet. Ryan was super helpful and patient with me and he diagnosed the issue over the phone. I sent photos for him to review of the toilet parts. He dispatched a technician when he said he would and Dakota arrived within the hour. Appreciate Dakota's professionalism and friendly demeanor. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He didn't upcharge me or sell me anything extra. This group was responsive, understanding and efficient. I would use again - but hope I won't have to anytime soon. Thank you Drain Town Rooter team!

We have a drain line that clogs once or twice a year. Usually I'm able to clear it with my own snake, but this time after multiple attempts I was unable get it open. Drain Town had good reviews here on Yelp, so I gave them a call. This was 9:00am on a Saturday morning. I had to leave a message, but they called me back within 15 minutes and after hearing my problem said they could have someone here between 11:00 and 1:00. I said great. About 20-25 minutes later they called again and said they could have a technician here within the hour. Even better! Twenty minutes later, tech Clayton arrived and 20 minutes later our drain was flowing freely. Clayton was friendly and presented service options for future consideration, but didn't try to upsell us at all. He was done and gone before 11:00am. I'll definitely call Drain Town next time!

We had our house re-piped by Drain Town Rooter. 50's era ranch home on a raised foundation, and Derek and Dakota replaced all of the old galvanized supply lines with modern PEX and copper. They were friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions along the way. While they were here, I also had them move a gas line for me under the house. First time using Drain Town and was very pleased. Already have more projects lined up that I will be calling them for.

10 stars if I could. Called about a landscape drain and then added a bathroom remodel to the mix. We've been without a working master shower for a bit and had been resolved to having to do a major reno. Dakota walked us through the options we had - none required major demo! We booked a follow up on the spot and the work started two days later. He installed new fixtures on our master tub and a new rain shower. We really wanted the shower head to come from the top. None of this was beyond Dakota's skill set. He rocked it. We couldn't be happier with the work (and clean up after). Highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely the very best. Came out on a Sunday with 2 hour notice. Fixed the problem with main line to get us going. Very reasonable price too. They investigated beyond what was needed and did not charge. I still need the core issue fixed and am going to request them to fix it.
