Needed a landscape drain cleaned out. I was quoted $ 1000.00. Took 3 men to do the job . There was a leak in the drain. It was dug out . The drainage pipe was broken . I asked what do we do about it. """" the drain will still work """". I asked how much to fix that . I was told """"$1100.00 ! My bill was $1578.00 . Never got a heads up about the extra $ 578.00 . No paper work. So I have a broken exposed pipe in my yard. Can't afford to fix it . My neighbors are telling me I got ripped off and treated badly.

They Are Liars! All they want is to get your money so please get a second opinion. The guy wanted to replace my entire toilet when the fix was less than $15 my dad did it himself over the plumber who lied straight to my face. Yes l am a young girl but no, I am not an idiot. Not to mention, the man dug holes in my yard and left without filling them! Filling them would simply be common courtesy and business etiquette

I am a Licensed Property Mgr and have lived and worked in South FL for more than 30 years. Reliable businesses with competent techs are EXTREMELY hard to find in FL. I called for a broken pipe under my kitchen sink and an overflowing toilet tank. They had Bruno out to my house within 2 hours. Bruno was not only professional and expeditious in rectifying my issue, he was actually personable and a respectful young man. I had another issue in which I needed a new toilet. Bruno came out to assess the issue and was back the next day to install the toilet. He cleaned up after he was finished leaving nothing behind but a new and working toilet. Shut-off valve to the water dispenser to the refrigerator wasn't working and needed to be replaced. I had some concerns and I responded by e-mail, and I was contacted the next day. I find them to be very responsible.

I think that this company deserves five stars because of how courteous and respectful they were to me and to my parents. They were able to fit me in for a same day service for an issue with the plumbing in my parent's house. Bruno was able to make the repairs in a short amount of time. He even lowered his original quote because it took him less time than he originally thought. I will use this company in the future..

Deven replaced my main guest bathroom shower cartridge due to fluctuating water temperatures. I explained that the guest shower was used once or twice during the year and he said THAT was the problem. He explained that the water in the valve needed to be operated once or twice a month so the seals remained flexible. Great advice from a true professional! As a side note when we went to the main shutoff valve outside Devon noticed that I had a lock on my spigot. He suspected the gardeners were using the water and said an easier way to assure that my water wasn't used was to simply remove the shutoff handle . Another great suggestion and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Drain to Drain for all your plumbing needs.

Had a garbge disposal installed, which I supplied. Their price was very reasonable for the labor required. Another plumber wanted $300 labor charge for the same job. A 45 minute job. Alex, the tech, was right on time and was a very personable gentleman. Would certainly use again. I'd request Alex.
