My Washing machine was leaking, I called Drain Time on a Saturday and they were able to get me on their schedule for Sunday morning. Dan let me know what time he would be arriving, arrived exactly on time. Dan was knowledgeable and let me know everything he was doing, took pictures and showed me what was going on. Dan was courteous and got my washing machine back in order. I would recommend Drain Time to anyone with plumbing needs. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Drain time plumbing came out to my house on a Sunday. I had a leak in the tank of my toilet and the Dan was the service provider. He replaced two washers. He was very conscientious. He was very respectful of the property. He we

Scheduled an appointment and they didn't arrive till 2 hours after scheduled but I showed understanding as they were short handed. Chaydon more than made up from that mistake with his knowledge and professionalism. He was thorough and cleared that clog instantly and even spent more time trying to make sure it was completely cleared while explaining to me how my drainage works and how the routing of my pipes where. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Stop ripping people off at the beginning. A simple clearing.a drain with ridiculous quotes. $550 to remove toilet to diagnose . $5500 quote for replacing unnecessary pipe. I just paid the diagnostic fee and got another company cleared the drain clear the drain for $150.
