They took advantage of our emergency situation and charged us an outrages rate.

We had a clogged sewer line, they quoted $599 to clear the line with a snake. I thought the estimate was very high but accepted because it was an emergency.
When they completed the job, the plumber added another $298 to the bill to bring the total to $896. Just to snake a couple pipes. They didn't use any parts, and the job took 2.5 hours.

I emailed the company to explain that I thought $896 for 2.5 hours work was unacceptable and they never responded back.

Plumber Tommy Angiano was excellent. He was responsive and explained the situation in ways I could understand, and most importantly, gave me a calibrated sense as to whether the issue was an emergency versus something that can be done down-the-road. He was not pushy in any way (in terms of sales tactics), which I greatly appreciated, and was clear in terms of prices. Will recommend him to others!

All three toilets were not flushing!!! We were in dire need of a plumber on a late Saturday afternoon. We contacted several other plumbers who could not come out right away. Drain Time was the only one that responded immediately and had someone on their way within the hour. It turned out to be a damaged sewer pipe. Drain Time made a temporary fix to get things functioning for a few days. They did not leave until about 10:00 p.m. that evening.

Tommy, the owner, and his crew are professional and knowledgeable at every phase!!!

Tommy provided recommendations on repairs moving forward. He answered our questions, provided pictures of the sewer damages, and was transparent about estimated costs. We ended up having our water heater replaced as well!

Chaydon & James were wonderful. They came out earlier this year and diagnosed my toilet and laundry machine drain issue. The toilet bowl got a little bit loose and they came out right away to fix the issue. Quick response times and very honest with diagnosing the problem. Would definitely recommend!

Kelvin and Nick were awesome!
Overall, very professional. The work done was top notch. Service requested was leak under the kitchen sink, and an overflow issue with a toilet. Kelvin made sure to check all possible issues before quoting me a final diagnostic. Their experience and knowledge turned out the issue was not what we had originally thought. Will use their services for all future projects. Friendly, punctual, knowledge, fair pricing, I can't say enough good things about these folks.
