Edit: called around to make sure I wasn't being a total Karen. 3 different quotes: $99, $135, & $120 for preventative snake from the house to the street.

****less than 4 months later and now I'm trying to sell my home and they are requiring ""Sewer contained roots and debris, certified professional to clean and recheck with camera and provide receipt"" crazy when they told me they got absolutely nothing out.

Realtor emailed video and had conversation about coming back out and the response:
""These are fresh roots and this was done almost 5 months ago. We can come back out but there would be a charge, especially since we gave a $100 discount on the last visit.

So discount meaning I didn't allow you to overcharge me, then okay.

Drain Terrier was great! Quick to respond and answer my questions about installing the Flo by Moen smart meter and automatic shut-off system. They've installed them before, were affordable, and were happy to have the plumber call me to answer questions. Not many plumbers had experience with Installing the Flo but these guys do (more with the plumbing, less with the app and pairing via WiFi) and did a great job on mine.
