I had a hard time finding a plumbing to install a smart shut off valve. I had a few plumbers come and take a look then disappeared or provided a really high estimate. The work was done under the house and they didn't seem interested. I searched for weeks until I reached Drain Tech Plumbing. Brian explained everything to me, provided a super fair and reasonable price and got the work done right on time. The communication was great, told me exactly what he was going to do and got it done! Brian at Drain Tech is awesome. We have had him to our home 3 times on various occasions to do plumbing in our bathroom remodel and kitchen remodel. He is reliable, very fair, and knowledgeable about his trade. He is super responsive, communicates well and will accommodate repair work with your scheduling.

We highly recommend him for any size job. If it wasn't for Brian, I would still be doing dishes in our spare bathroom.

Brian at Drain Tech is absolutely phenomenal! His pricing is fair and honest. He is friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I have had him out to my home on 2 separate occasions and he was on-time and worked swiftly. He is very good about accommodating schedules even with the labor shortage and high demands in Big Bear. I've had him work on both gas and water issues and he's been a dream each time. I cannot recommend him enough, he's definitely saved the day in a pinch!
