This was by far the best service! Quick, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Snaked the line and had us up and flowing in about 30 minutes. Customer for life.

I had a backed up drain in my laundry room and had Drain Tech come out to fix it. The guy who came was super nice, and had my drain working in less than an hour.
It didn't go off without a hitch though. He had unplugged my downstairs chest freezer that was full of beef and chicken, in order to plug in his equipment. He forgot to plug my freezer back in.
Two days later I noticed a horrible smell in my downstairs. I finally found it - yep, the freezer meet was all spoiled, there was blood everywhere, and it was probably the most disgusting thing I had ever seen or smelled. I had just had neck surgery so I was not supposed to be lifting anything more than 10 pounds, let alone moving and leaning over into a chest freezer to haul rotten bloody meat out of my house. I tried for a while, but I just couldn't and I was pretty sick from the mess to be honest. So I called Drain Tech, and they were SO apologetic! They were so worried and said that the tech would call me. I figured that was that, and that I might get a call at the end of the day if I was lucky - and wasn't sure what good it would do anyway.
BUT the tech did call me back, immediately! He was so apologetic as well, and said he was just leaving a job but would be right over. He took a few minutes but it was because he stopped at his house, which he had called his wife to get stuff for him to bring like paper towels and garbage bags, and then he arrived.
We went downstairs, and he went to work. He worked hard and didn't let me help, which I tried at first. He did the whole thing, cleaned it, bleached it, had a shop vac to get every last bit of liquid and blood out, and cleaned and sanitized it pretty good. He really worked hard and felt so bad about it.
I was really impressed. I was pretty upset at first, it was a horrible mess to deal with. I wasn't as worried about the loss of meat, but the mess and smell was so bad! It was completely clean when he was done, and he apologized again and went on his way.
I was happy with that. I really couldn't have cleaned it, and I was hurting pretty bad for a couple of days from the little that I did do. But that wasn't it. Drain Tech sent him back to my home not quite a week later, with a card from them. He said again how sorry he was, and said they wanted me to have that for the loss of food. It was a card with a $100 gift card inside to replace the meat! I thought that was so kind of them. It was an honest mistake. I really didn't expect them to replace the meat, sometimes things just happen. I was just so grateful for his cleaning it all up for me, and he really did a great job.
The initial drain work was really great, they did a great job and I haven't had any more trouble (it's been a year now). But the customer service and kindness that they showed me is what really impressed me. These are good people. If you need drain work done, call them. They will make sure you are taken care of.

We had David from Drain Tech come out to locate our sewer line since we are building on to our home. David did a great job and had awesome customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips for connecting our new home to the sewer line. I would definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their sewer cleaned out or their line located!!!

Prompt response on a weekend. The tech was so helpful and had great recommendations on what to do to prevent the disposal from backing up again.

A couple Sundays ago the drains at my parents' house backed up. We called Drain Tech - and they were there within an hour. The weekend rate was very reasonable and the gentleman who came out and did the work was extremely professional. The work came with a 30 day guarantee. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Great company with great employees. I would highly recommend Drain Tech for your plumbing needs. 10 STARS!!!

I had a negative experience with a company called drain Tech. I hired them to clear a main drain. They showed up and augured the line. Within hours of them leaving the line was clogged again. Water was running over the toilets and backing up in the shower. When I called the company I was told they ran into some complications while they were there and they would not use the same type of equipment again in my drains. They would be willing to come back out with a new type of equipment and charge me another $425. I figured since they obviously didn't get it right the first time I should hire a different company.
I hired any hour plumbing and they responded. Any hour plumbing was able to clear the drain with the same type of equipment the first company used. Here's the kicker. Any hour plumbing told me they offer a 30-day guarantee on the line they cleared. This got me wondering why the first company doesn't offer something like this. When I called and talked with the owner he told me they do offer a 30 day guarantee but not for lines which are in such a ""shitty"" condition as mine are. Mind you, this was nearly in the same breath as him telling me that his company handled my account professionally.
I told him that I understood there were man hours put in at my house but the job did not get done properly and I had to hire a different company to get it done so I felt like I should not have to pay them. I asked him to cut his losses and move on. He disagreed with me and told me I needed to pay the bill.
I was recommended to use this company by a friend of my parents who is a plumber. I called this plumber to let him know what type of company he is attaching his name to. He told me he would not be referring any more people to them. I would not recommend using drain Tech.

I had another company (Roto Rooter) come out last night to scope the sewer line prior to the sell of the home. They cleaned up a couple spots where roots had come through the joint then told us (and the buyers) that there was a complete blockage and the only way to fix it is to excavate all the way to the main line in the middle of the street. With the price around $5,000. So we decided to get another opinion. I spoke with Stephanie at Drain Tech for about 15 minutes where she listed other options that we could try before we dig up the entire line. She very open and honest and gave prices up front. She was able to a technician lined up for the next morning.
Eli came out and was able to have the line cleared using the hydro-jetter within minutes. He provided a detailed invoice explaining what was done and how many feet until the main line. He also provided a dvd with footage of the scope explaining everything we were seeing at the time. His expertise saved us 5K.

I contacted another company first and then waited around for nearly 10 hours. After taking the day off work and needing a shower, I called Drain Tech instead. Within two hours the job was done! My only regret is that I didn't call sooner.

These guys are amazing & affordable. Call them for your plumbing needs! Communication is awesome. They're flexible and able to come out the same day. Will definitely use them again!
