Just got help with snaking from Spencer so I cannot speak to how long the clear drain will hold up. but Spencer seems very professional and honest. I reached out to this vendor about a clogged disposal, and they answered on a weekend - within 30 minutes I had an appointment setup for Monday. The tech arrived on time, was very nice, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Because he couldn't find an issue, he gave me an option to have the drain cleaned for a very reasonable price or I could call him back out if I continued to have problems - no charge for the trip. I thought this was so great! I'll be using them in the future for any drain or plumbing needs I have!
