Spencer came out same-day and found no issue. Didn't charge me for anything! A few days later, we ran the washing machine and the water was gushing through the shower drain. I texted Spencer and messaged him on Yelp and he was here within an hour - ON A SUNDAY. He fixed everything, avoided a flood, and his rates were totally reasonable. It goes a long way with me to get quality work done by a good guy, especially someone I can reach out to when it's urgent and I can depend on. I'll be using Drain Tech for all plumbing needs going forward.
