I live in AZ, and have a house for Mom in Burlington. Found Drain Tainer on Yelp, with great reviews! Called and talked with Tim and instantly felt that he was the man for the job. He arrived quickly and did a very good job at a fair price. I'm convinced I will use his services in the future. I appreciate good Iowa integrity, like it was when I grew up there.

Washer caused backup in the basement when it drained. Another service didn't seem interested in helping so called Drain Tainer when recommended by a friend. Came on a Saturday within 20 minutes and had the issue resolved within an hour. Cost was very reasonable - especially considering it was a weekend! Offered suggestions for how to prevent the issue in the future.

These guys were great! My mom had a plumbing emergency, overflow in the house. It was late in the day but they came, took out roots, spent a few hours and made sure her sewer line was usable. She had a leaky shutoff valve that they couldn't fix but made sure another plumber got to it the next day. The bill came and it was Extremely reasonable, with 2 plumbers for 2 hours in subzero weather. Thank you!!!!! You were great.
