Absolutely knocked this project out of the park quickly, cleanly and affordably. I had removed my old toilet to replace it and found the previous owner had broken and half fixed the old closet flange. Without the tools and know how, I needed a fix. Drain Tactics showed up early this morning to replace the flange and without it being part of the requested service they went ahead and set the new toilet. They even took the old one and cleaned the bathroom up nicely when completed. Huge thanks and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Excellent! I reached out for quotes to replace a very dead garbage disposal and Luis communicated quickly and clearly with competitive pricing. He arrived exactly on time and communicated he was in his way before he arrived. The installation was above and beyond. He saw what the prior home owner had done and it was improper so without asking or me requesting he fixed the piping on top of the installation without charging because he just couldn't leave us with bad plumbing. I will definitely be coming to Luis with additional plumbing needs.

Had a new tub installed and Luis removed old, and all tiles and had a tiler replace the tiles and cement board with new. Cleaned up when completed and it was ready to use within 3 days of starting the job.
