MY WATER HEATER BLEW UP!! So naturally I call my water guy at Tri-Cities Water Store. He let me know that they don't have plumbers on staff, but that I should call the Drain Surgeon. I hadn't ever heard of them so I called a major (Corporate) plumbing company who said that they would have someone call me tomorrow... Not good enough with a house full of girls. I then called the Drain Surgeon, and the receptionist said that she would have a plumber call me soon. Eric called me right away and said that he would have a plumber there within the hour! I was blown away to say the least. Scott showed up not too long after that, and got things moving and Eric was right behind him with the correct Water heater! Long story short, I called them at 9:30am and had HOT running water by 11am! I will shout it from the roof tops!

I tried to get someone to call me back for 3 days. The ""answering service"" lady was rude and unhelpful. My landlady will be going with someone else for her rentals in the future. You guys just lost a lot of business.

We live in an F house in North Richland so of course roots are an issue in our pipes. When we had a flood in our basement (who hasn't in these houses) and called the drain surgeon. I was put off a little by the quote, but actually he was only a little more expensive than a few others and I had been given a glowing review of him.

We called and he came out quickly and was very friendly and polite. He inspected things, tried to remove the clog, and we were so bad off that he had to go get some things and come back the next day but he didn't even charge us extra even though he'd spent time with us already.

He did an excellent job of clearing our pipes, and was fast and efficient. I was so pleased! Next time (and in sure there will be a next time) I will call him first! No question!
