Terrible ""value"" He charged us $200 for a fifteen minute job. Did not tell us up front what it would cost to have him set foot on our property (apparently $200 flat charge) A complete rip off sad to say! Called other local places when we got the bill and most charge $100 a hour and will take into account the time spent.

My kitchen sink drain stopped up and I checked all the usual suspects...garbage diposal, diposal drain tie in, trap, tee, and even snaked it. No joy. I called the Drain Surgeon and they promptly responded, came out and kept at it until the problem was solved. Eric was professional and wasted no time. I have found my new plumber. No need to look around and guess...The Drain Surgeon will be all you need. Thanks again Eric!

Called Drain Surgeon to replace water heater. After they were done, I learned that they had not properly installed the water heater. Instead of informing me that they did not quote it to include everything it required to meet code and working with me to address it, they just installed the water heater improperly and left without saying a word. Luckily another contractor doing some work saw it and told me. When I called, I spoke to Tracy Petragallo, who is one of the co-owners. I told him that the install would not meet code as done and asked if they could come back that week to add what was needed to meet code. I expected him to tell me they had planned to contact me about it. Instead, his response was to shout at me that I didn't tell him what it needed. Like most home owners, I assumed they were the professionals and I didn't realize I had to specify I wanted it done to code. After several minutes of him berating me for not knowing what was needed to meet code, I finally told him I did not appreciate the hostile attitude he had. Instead of making it right, next thing I knew the Drain Surgeon truck was flying down my street and he removed the water heater! The kicker was he then proceeded to bill me for it! When this company was owned only by the original founder, Eric, he was great to work with and we had used him many times. It is too bad he brought this guy in to be his partner. If you choose to work with Drain Surgeon now, buyer beware. You are expected to be the plumbing expert and to know code. And if you have any questions or issues, expect Mr. Petragallo to be belligerent and abusive.

We had Drain Surgeon out to replace all the pipes in our house and install a whole house water filter. Their team was awesome and did a great job and we now have clean water! Great service, and excellent pricing. We will for sure use them again.

I have had the Drain Surgeon come out and snake my root covered pipes every year. They have reasonable prices and usually comes the same day.
I have recommended them to friends and family for years.

I called late in the afternoon after realizing that I had a problem with water running through my pipes continuously. I wasn't expecting anyone to come that day although I was told by someone else that I have a leak somewhere. The guy I talked to (wish I had asked his name) was very nice and brought his water meter key by that evening so that I could turn my water off to the house. They were over the next morning, did the repairs in a very timely fashion and not only that but I was shocked at how reasonable the cost was. This is my second great experience with the drain surgeon and I will definitely not hesitate to contact them in the future.

My hot water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday evening. I turned off the water myself and called a few plumbers to see who could come out on Monday (didn't want to pay for an emergency call). One company could only get me in on Wednesday, but the Drain Surgeon was able to come out on Monday. They were out to fix it by 4:00 that evening and did a great job (fixing another old part at the same time which would most likely have the same issue as the one they were fixing). That little extra saved me another call for help at a future date, while only adding a small parts cost.

I will definitely be calling again if any future repair work comes up!

I called the main number and received someone on two rings. I told them my problem and they stated someone would get in touch with you in the next 1-2 hours. 2 minutes later my phone rings and they state they will be on the way over within the hour. 20 minutes later they tech was on site fixing my problem. Great prompt friendly service, will absolutely work with them again.
