This was the worst experience we have had with a professional contractor. Poor workmanship that needed fixing either by them or me. Very poor communication except for when they wanted payment. We have been paid in full for several months and they haven't finished the work and have stopped communicating. Highly unprofessional.

I hired this company to replace my boiler and burner. They were excellent! The owner did everything that he promised, on a timely basis and in good quality.
The owner stays on premise while the entire job is being worked.
Hands on and great workmanship.

I would recommend The Drain Surgeon to anyone. Diane, one of the owners was incredibly nice and helpful. You could tell she really cared and wanted to help.
The technicians were very professional.
They were here when they said they would be. They ran into a problem with the water heater installation, so the owner Robert came to help.

Stay away! This guy is a dishonest plumber that gives a bad name to good plumbers everywhere. He'll charge whatever he thinks he can take you for.

Lured in with a quote for $1400. An hour into the job he claims that quote doesn't include everything we discussed and the total would be $3300. When I disagreed and said I wanted to get a second opinion, Bobby started yelling at me and refused to leave without payment of $395 for the hour he worked.

Ended up getting an honest plumber who did the whole job in 4.5 hours for a grand total of $875.

My boiler needed to be replaced and I was referred by a friend to Bobby and his team. I got to give this guy credit. The old boiler was installed poorly and was shoved in a very tight room to begin with. He got the job done in a timely manor and answered all my questions about the new unit.

Bobby, great guy. You can tell he is knowledgeable about his craft and puts care into his work. I'd definitely call him again and recommend him to any family or friends.
