I happened to smell a gas leak in my home and called ATMOS emergency number. They came out rather quickly, they just won't come in your home because of the covid-19 stay at home order! The gas company called the fire department to come check it out. They arrived, masked up and asked if anyone in the home was sick, recovering, had a cough, etc., then came in. They found the leak. After all of that I called Drain Surgeon. They came out within the hour and repaired the leak.
From the time I placed the call to Drain Surgeon, to the time they finished the job was literally under 2 hours! And the price was fantastic, too! That was one bill I didn't mind paying :) Highly recommended.

I hired Drain Surgeon to do my plumbing for a renovation project. There had been plumbing issues before and the first request I made was for them to make sure the lines were cleared. From day one they gave me nothing but headache and excuses for not showing up. The worst customer service, yet I put up with it to get the job done. At the end of the project after installing floors and closing in walls, I find out they never cleared the lines and we had a major flood. I have made several attempts to get them to come and figure out a solution. It has been 3 months and I've got nothing but the run around. Be forewarned about this company. Let my mistake prevent you from going down this road. This company is not worth a penny.

I called them to come out when we had already had septic work and it didn't solve the emergency. They were there quickly. service was outstanding and cost was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely call them again!

Called this company to fix a plumbing issue of water draining outside my bathroom. They check my front yard are started sticking netal poles in the ground by my metal pipes. Then they say I had a busted metal pipe in my front yard. Ive never had a problem with it until they came out. I think they broke my pipe when sticking the metals poles in the ground! They never did fix the problem. I called them a week in a half later and told them we were still having the problem but they wont come and fix it until we make a payment. Even thought the work was under warranty for 30 days.The lady on the phone was very rude. Which the lady was the owners daughter. I spoke to the owner and he had came out and looked at it and stated they did everything right and didnt bother to help with anything else until we made a payment. He didnt even bother to help discount the bill even though the priblem was still there. I had to get another company out to fix the issue which they did (Brenson Plumbing). I would stay well clear of this company, not sure how they are still in business.

Had a new roof installed 10 days earlier and two visitors told us they smelled odor of gas. Called gas company who confirmed leak shutting off gas. Called Drain Surgeon who came first thing next morning and within an hour located the leak and had it repaired and gas company turned on gas. My whole house generator installer failed to properly secure a section of the gas line that ran through the attic. Our roofer punctured the line with nail gun due to gas line situated against plywood roof. City code enforcers caught a couple of code violations but not that one. Drain Surgeon employees were excellent and very reasonable with their charge for repair. Highly recommend.
