So my husband and I hired Drain Surgeon to do a clean out for our plumbing. Never hire them again! What they quoted us ($190) wasn't what they charged. The work was not completed in one day, they couldn't complete the job due to an emergency call they chose to respond to, and left a bill for $385. Which we did end up paying, due to the fact that they had to come back a second time. They never showed up the second day, we had to call and find out why and when they would return to complete the job, (no explanation given). Came back out to finish, which still wasn't completely cleaned out, drain is still slow. Gave us another bill for $250, so now the total charges are up to $635 for a clean out that was quoted for $190! We are not paying the $250, & we let them know that & have gotten a lawyer involved. Learned our mistakes from using this company!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
